Always fast service getting loaded here. Usually I'll check in hours before my appointment time and they usually always give me a door right away. Loading can be slow at times but hitting the road several hours early is always a plus

Took them an hour and a half to load me, there is overnight parking.

An amazing place if you need to do a 34 hour reset. They will have you captive all day and if you have a second load to grab you mind as well let them know you will be there the next day. They ask you if you have another load like they care. Oh and you want to talk to someone in person good luck check in process is online. They probably got tired of hearing from drivers how they are stealing the money from the owners that are paying them vecaythere absolutely nothing moving here. Make sure your reefer is full because it will run all day as you sit waiting all day.

Love to pick up here no complaints friendly people tell them how many pick up and the will work with you also you check in online easy and convenient

Check in online with smoothly. Nice parking area and wide docks. Can get a little busy but was In and out in 4 hours. Also there is a food truck.

Warning to drivers don’t ever ever come here . You can pick if you want to waste your all day . They don’t care about drivers and there times . Overnight parking is available but no restrooms .

If you have pick up from this place please bring enough food and drinks for your self, Ridiculous management and horrible place for pick up check in 4 hours ago still waiting when ask them they said product is not ready they Take orders from customers and they are not able to prepare it on time.

Check in online before you get here and everything will go alot smoother for any truck driver... they have a food place here as well so you not starving if you have a long wait time it's called Laya's place so far everything is going well I got in a door already and getting loaded...

All bcoz product not ready so please call before u going to pick up they give u exact product sistuation either u loaded on time or not

This company has definitely got their affairs in order! I had a partial order put on in about an hour. I only had to wait in a staging area on property for about 45 minutes after arrival. Check-in was a breeze over the phone using an internet web-based system. Once they call you to get in a door it goes wicked fast! Good personal, good at communicating and very professional! Would come back here in a heartbeat!
