By far the worst shipper I've ever been to. 8hrs to load even after checking in a hour early from appointment time

Checked in 7:05 am still here 1pm waiting to pickup three pallets they said it will be awhile

Worst place …I am waiting from last 12 hours …still on the door…very poor service

Normally I don’t listen to reviews, but man the reviews on this place is definitely true. 11 hrs and 17 minutes and counting and still no call, I’ve asked numerous times and got told wait in truck we will call you when we’re ready. Talking to other drivers, seems to be an average of 2 days….

My load lock had broken(from earlier pick up) and 3 pallets all over the truck and they helped me out at a reasonable price. That says a lot.
Bonus there is a small burger place called Laya's. The Burgers and fries are GREAT!! And the guy that was working there was super nice!

Sitting in staging from 9am to 8:30pm...
Been at the dock for over half hour and nothing.
Waste of a day. Last time I am coming here. I have it 2 chances, same both times.
Only plus is on site food shack with good stuff.. That's it.

Takes forever to load...has overnight parking...but get there early

This place is fast compared to others, but make sure the load how they are placed. Because some loaders here are not want to wrap the pallets. This will become mess in the trailer. So please make sure your load is been wrapped.

Loss of time. Very long wait for loading.
