Changed out the master bathroom toilet. Did an excellent job. I didn't think he could do it without some help. I was wrong. Nice job!

Brian came out and helped us when our thermostat wasn’t allowing us to heat our house. Brian was extremely professional and knowledgeable, figured out what the issue was, and was able to get it taken care of under warranty! The best part, while we wait for the new thermostat to come in, Brian installed a different thermostat to get our house up and running again until he can install the new thermostat we are getting from Lennox!

Spent a total of about 12 hours trying to repair our furnace. They were thorough, polite, explained what they were doing and why. At the end of day 2 they came in and explained why we needed to replace at least the furnace and recommended due to the age of the AC unit that we replace both. They gave written estimates, called the office to establish availability of needed units, and managed to get us scheduled for the very next day. We are very grateful since this is the coldest week of winter in Tucson in several years. So today Jeremy and Miguel came out and did the install of both units. They were professional, polite and got the jobs done. Before they left they gave us instruction in how to operate the new thermostat, included all the paperwork with written instructions, and left with the heat working. We recommend temperature control without reservation. They are a top-notch company with fair prices and expert service people.

Update 11/3/2022 Had Justin H. come out and do our Fall Furnace Check up. He was prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable . He diagnosed a small issue and quickly fixed it.

Had Carlo and Luke came out to service our A/C Unit which wasn't working quite up to snuff. Unit wasn't blowing really cold air. They were able to quickly diagnose problem and get me fixed up. Both guys were professional and courteous . A/C Unit needed more refrigerant added. Just not enough was put in when new A/C unit was installed last Fall.

Year Ago+: Temp Control installed my AC unit over a month ago and I have not gotten my paperwork completed or at least I have yet to be sent a copy. Calls to them have resulted in nothing.
Now - Update: Not impressed.
1. Temperature Control installed a Trane AC unit a while back, and as part of the deal, they returned to do the seasonal maintenance. Today, however, they told me that the manufacturer could void my warranty if a surge protector was not installed for the unit. They offered me a discounted price to do the job. The AC was installed over a year ago by Temperature Control, and they have visited once before for maintenance. Why tell me now that the unit warranty validation conditions are not in place? Within two hours, I had an electrician here for second estimate for a special surge protector for the AC. His finding was that my home has a protector for the entire house. (I also called Trane requesting documentation related to surge protectors and their AC units. – They have not gotten back to me yet.) When I called Tony at Temperature Control and asked him to change the report he completed on the AC for the record; he said he could not fix the information because it was “submitted.” (Submitted to whom? Where? What?) I asked him to add a notation to the file that our unit is in compliance and that it was his mistake and to email me a copy. (No copy sent via email yet.)
2. When the unit was installed, part of the package that I paid for included air duct cleaning. When the AC was installed, their duct- man was unavailable. They never got back to us about it. We thought they were working with a secondary company. No, it is in-house. Today I asked again. Guess WHAT? The duct cleaner is also unavailable this week. I booked him for June.
3. I do not know what is covered under the “maintenance”, but I was hoping to do the basics like changing the filter and cleaning the trap on the condensate drain. (Really no filters, Tony?)Tony also said he did not have the filter, so I provided one from my supply, and he did not clean the condensate trap before he left.
I am definitely not impressed.

We had to move a pipe within our wall and it was tricky because all the studs around our window. Manuel did a great job of figuring out a great work around. Work was professional and even where the sheet rock was breached they were very careful not to break the pieces. Will call them again whenever I need work done.

Temperature Control was recommended to me for some plumbing work. Manuel Valdez arrived at my house in the timeframe promised. He installed a new toilet and 2 faucets in my master bath. I found him to be very friendly, professional, and meticulous about his work. He kept the area tidy and cleaned up the work area when finished. I highly recommend him for plumbing issues.
