This is in addition to my first review. Originally Cody came out and found the repairs R**e W*y did a year ago was done the wrong way. He did a temp repair to keep system running and scheduled work to be finished. Dustin and Giovanni came out a week later and had to remove work done by previous company and install proper equipment. Great guys with great attitudes!

Jeff Elrod our Service Technician is very Professional, Polite and Detailed Oriented. Jeff explains everything throughly and keeps us up updated on maintenance and preventive maintenance to insure our Heat Pump / Cooler is running smoothly and problem free.

We received a reminder the day before the appointment with a way to contact if we had questions or needed to reschedule. Prior to arriving the day of, we also received a notification. The technician arrived promptly and was able to quickly repair our electrical problem. He also stayed for another repair which was also resolved quickly, and all for a reasonable price. Recommend and will use again!

Temperature Control has very professional and knowledgeable technicians of which one is Brian Johnson. He came to our townhouse on time, completed the job and made a couple of great suggestions to us on the running of our heat pump.

First, they rescheduled our appointment without letting us know. Second, they change our trust worthy ac tech without letting us know. And third,Our business have multiple ac unit on the roof and none of the picture that was taken show us they maintain the correct unit. Time to change company.

Update - So they didn't fix the putty on wall when they came out back(just fixed myself). Turns out when they installed tankless water. They did not turn water softener back on after install.

Okay service, not impressed so far. They only fill the holes they put in the wall, do not cover the actual repair of hole made. Be prepared to do work after install.

I originally booked this company on Angi but followed up with a phone call. They were polite and responsive and a service technician was at my house within 2 hours. The technician was professional and took care of the problem quickly. He also charged me only for the service call since the repair was quick. I will definitely call this company again. Excellent experience!

Saul did a great job snaking my tub drain. It gave him a hard time, but he stuck with it and had great results.
