My AC unit on the roof wouldn't turn off even with the thermostat completely off, I knew I had a big problem. I went online and I called Tailored Mechanical because of their Google rating and excellent reviews - I'm glad I did!! I told them my situation and they scheduled a tech. to come assess my AC the next day. Jayden showed up, on time, and talked with me about what was going on. He then explained, in detail, the full inspection that he was going to perform. Jayden was amazing! After his inspection he came down off the roof to deliver the unfortunate news. My AC unit had seized up and was not repairable. I figured that was going to be the case as the unit was probably close to 20 yrs. old, so not a surprise - but an unwelcome one! Jayden thoroughly explained all my options and I chose the best option for my home! A very cool note to my story - I asked Jayden how long he had been working for Tailored Mechanical he said 2 yrs. I asked if he liked it and he said he loved working there. He went on to explain that the owner started Tailored Mechanical because he didn't like how customers were treated by HVAC companies. Jayden then went on to explain the core values of the company and how it's number one focus is treating the customers well and providing excellent service - always keeping the customer experience a priority. I was blown away that a young (25 yr. old) employee was so happy with their job/employer and talked so thoroughly about the company's values...you could tell he was 100% bought in!! I was very impresses! Well, we wrapped up and I scheduled a new AC unit and furnace install. Before Jayden left, he offered to put a portable AC in my master until the new unit was installed, being the AC would be off, so I wouldn't be hot at night when sleeping. It was already 5pm, so I figured he'd bring one by the next day...nope, he went back to his shop, picked one up and came back and installed it in my room. By the time he was done it was past 6pm. Again, amazing service!! Jayden and Joseph came yesterday to install everything. They were on time, courteous, and worked diligently the entire 8+ hours it took to complete the job. When They were done they made sure everything inside and out, where they were working, was completely clean! Jayden set up my Smart Thermostat and made sure I knew how to work everything! Both Jayden and Joseph were great! My experience with Tailored Mechanical was outstanding and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Oh, one last comment, Jayden explained their maintenance program, which I'm going to sign up for as well - he left no detail out from start to finish, his employer should be very proud!! Thank you Tailored Mechanical for making a "not so fun situation" so easy and pleasant- WELL DONE!!!!

Called Tailored Mechanical asked for a technician due to my heater not working, had one at my door within 2 hours. Got everything working quickly and even thoroughly cleaned up after himself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had my water heater serviced and my air conditioning unit cleaned. Service was on time, friendly and he did a great job. Thank you Tailored Mechanical.

Original service tec must of called out so
Jayden came out for the installation of the culligan water softener (outside) & water filter drinking water for inside.
Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, nice young man & to boot he has 2 cats 💞🐾😸
Plus, he took the extra step to make sure the plug for the system was in a better place that my husband wanted.
& he cleaned up after all the installation.

Austin was on time, professional and friendly. He installed the system, explained how it works and cleaned up before leaving the job. He stayed to ensure there were no issues and told me the process if what to do if I encountered any.

This company installed my new water softener. The service tech (Jayden) did an outstanding job with the installation. All my copper was straight and lined up and looked like artwork with pipes. He is a definite asset to the company and I highly recommend him.
