Tailored Mechanical

I initially contacted them to do some maintenance for the heater and AC. They offered the maintenance plan and we opted for that. So, because we are not having any problems with the heater system, Alex, the technician, explained that because the cold weather is finishing it was better to check the heater before next winter and the AC right before summer. We opted for the Platinum membership. That includes 4 visits over the year. At this time of the year they focused on cleaning the bathroom vents, they change the air filters and they clean the dryer tube and lint. Alex explained everything very clear. He was very polite and professional. So, we hope to see him again before summer and now we have peace of mind. Thank you.

It has been a year since we are using Tailored mechanical services. We still like them. Jayden came today. He is very professional and respectful. All the technicians that have come do a great job. They always explain if they see any problems or concerns.

Technician Austin Weldon removed our old water softener and installed a new one. He was efficient, professional and gave us great customer service.

The most delightful young man who was so professional and kind by the name of Austin came out and worked his tail off to get my water softener in. His boss Chris also came and he was delightful and helpful and so kind

I am very happy to provide this feedback. Why? Because Alex, the tech who came to assess why the AC had stopped running went above and beyond to help us get the system up and running again.

Alex was responsive, kind, and thoughtful about the current status and situation and patiently worked with me as I found a solution to pay for the service performed today. He went the extra mile by going to get the part needed for the repair from their warehouse and came back not hearing back from me if I'd resolved the payment snafu. (unbeknownst to me my phone had died and I was busy as always managing my daughter's therapies).

Alex was thorough and knowledgeable, (I know a thing or two about AC units because my brother was trained in AC systems and I learned a bunch from him) I believe you will not find a more responsive and determined company when it comes to carefully caring for the failure of one's home air conditioning.

Thank YOU, ALEX and Tailored Mechanical for a job well done at my grandson's house months ago. We have some more work to get things fully out of the woods there which will be handled when he has resources again.

Today, my regular spring/summer service was accomplished. I very much appreciate Chris! He always gives me a briefing of what he found and apprises me of future maintenance concerns like cleaning the coils before the next summer season.

Jayden was very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to diagnosis and fix the leak in my gas line, as quickly as expected.

Austin Weldon was very professional and answered all of my questions with his installation of a water softener and RO system. He made sure to walk me through everything he would be doing and making sure I knew how to maintain the system.

Victor installed a Culligan water softener system. He did an excellent job, continually making certain that everything was as perfect as possible.

Service rep was so professional, courteous and made sure all my questions were answered! Excellent company!
