Chris and Alex installed our soft water system and our in home water system and the customer service is amazing they went above and beyond. Answered every question and then some.can not wait to do continuous work with them with their maintenance place which is affordable and well worth the money thank you again Chris and alex

Tailored Mechanical was amazing as always! They answered my emergency call at night within 20 minutes! They came out the next day and did their Outstanding Work as always! They even found out that we had major problems with the AC units in the attic that should have been found during inspection before we bought it. They took care of the problems and even gave us a Great deal on all of the work! Thank You Tailored Mechanical!!

Installation for water softener. Everything seems ok. Just the exhaust line doesn't look professionally installed. Pretty much just out of the way, but by far not what professionals would consider ok.

Update. After calling them back, they came out to fix what originally was left halfass. Thank you. Also, tech left some tools behind. Welcome to pick up. Call 1st though.

I hesitated in leaving a review because the overall feedback was so good. But this is a real review so hope it helps someone. Chris was fast and professional, but extremely dishonest. I took his very professional looking inspection report to my father and a friend as well. I just couldn't believe it. Brand new water heater needed replacement. I didn't even ask him to look at it. The brand new ac system would have to be thrown out and replaced? What? Then he stuck me with a giant bill when I asked how he came up with this stuff.

Ended up spending about $200 with a real pro. Saved about 10k by not using this company. Not sure how he picks his victims, since most people write such glowing reviews, but glad I wasn't one of them.

Alex Gomez was very professional and walked me through the entire process. He verified my softener installation location and how he was going to route plumbing and electrical. Installation was quick, clean, and professional.

These guys were sub-contractors for a company I used. You don’t often get to interact with subs but when you do, these are the quality and type of professionals you want on your job site. Quality work and thoughtful preparation.

Recieved a text message prior to techs arrival. Arrived a short time later we'll within the appointment window. Explained scope of work and got right to work. Very courteous and polite. Work was completed in a timely manner. Explained the system and what to expect then asked if i had any further questions for him. Excellent service and clean tidy install. Highly recommended.
