Whereas he did get the air conditioning working,; we had done all the wiring, removal, the old thermostat and installation of the new one and completed wiring. We had a problem with one wire. That’s what he fixed. I think $260 for that kind of Repair is ridiculous. He basically just find the bad wire and repaired it.

Braden and John came right on time, were very thorough and checked all of the plumbing in my bathrooms and kitchen. They serviced my hot water heater and found a leak in my outside pipes and fixed it on the spot. They even went to the store and got a part that was needed to fix one of my toilets. I highly recommend these two. They did a fantastic job!

We have used Goettl for our Plumbing and Heating/Air services ever since we bought our home in 2019 and they have always been professional and attentive. We recently had to request plumbing service due to our old 1960s pipes starting to fail. We had Francesco Tocci from Goettl come out to help. He was very friendly! He was thorough with checking our pipes, explaining the reason behind our issues, and listing our options. Nobody likes to have plumbing issues but Francesco made it a little easier.

Zack was very professional. Nice clean uniform. Pleasant and provided a quality assessment and maintenance of my AC unit.

I wanted to share that Julian came to assist with the plumbing problem/question we had. He did a thorough job of investigating what might be the problem and then reviewed the information and his findings with me. He was very professional, and I I was happy with his service, and would ask for him again if we encounter a plumbing problem again.

Nathan at Goettl did a fantastic job inspecting my older than dirt A/C system and explained things easily and efficiently. He provided me a quote for fixing or replacing. Would highly recommend Nathan and Goettl!

Julian and Devon were very professional and courteous. They wore their shoe protection the whole time they were here. They also cleaned up and explained everything to my satisfaction.

Jaren arrived on time, was very respectful and professional, he changed his foot covering each time he exited and re entered the home, and was very thorough and honest. Goettl has some of the nicest and skilled employees you can ask for.

Already late in the day, Chris Padilla came out and repaired cross wires that blow a fuse. Outside with a flashlight, he got our ac up and running again. We've have Chris service our ac before. He's informative, explains options, and gets the job done and we appreciate that.

We had a major sewer issue, Goettl was contracted to perform the service. Two technicians Julian and Nick with two apprentices Jeran and Devin were dispatched to our home to perform the service. They brought with them two large vehicles loaded with modern plumbing tools and a variety of modern electronic devices. These young men were highly skilled, industrious workers who kept us informed of every aspect of the project. They were thorough and genuinely concerned with doing a professional long lasting repair.
