Adrian and Hector are professional, courteous, and most importantly, beyond knowledgeable in their work. Our house had to be re-piped and I was afraid because it’s a big job. They explained everything in detail, showed me what they’re doing, and after doing this, I felt really good they were the ones taking care of this big project. Adrian and Hector make a GREAT team and Goettl is Lucky to have them part of their company. Thank you Adrian and Hector for all your hard impeccable work. I highly recommend these two great guys and Goettl.

Nathan was amazing! This is the 2nd time he's been to our home and he is friendly and professional. He was very charismatic and even gave our kids a little Goettl dog stuffed animal. They remembered him from his first visit. We hope he comes back again! :)

I just had a plumbing inspection from Francesco Tocci in Tucson. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He explained everything to me as we went through the inspection and gave me tips on how to keep my system running well in the future. AND he is a very nice person. Highly recommend him and Goettl.

Yearly whole house plumbing/water heater inspection

Francesco T arrived at the scheduled appointment time, introduced himself, explained to me the scope of the maintenance he was here to accomplish, and immediately commenced working. Francesco is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. After completing the inspection and two other tasks he thoroughly cleaned the areas involved and disposed of the refuse. I couldn’t be happier with the service he delivered.

Nick Mayphew was awesome! My tub was not draining and he was able to clean it out within 15 minutes. He checked the plumbing behind my washing machine where he was able to locate exactly where and what the problem was. Best of all, he did not leave a mess. Thank you !

I had a leak in my water main line so I called around and Goettl had service professionals out within a couple of hours. Jorge and Jesse were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. And the best part is that your were able to replace the line same day so there was no further disruption to our plumbing and use.

Francesco Tocci was courteous, professional, and efficient. He was friendly and empathetic, truly listened and gave appropriate recommendations. Fixed my issue on the first visit, cleaned up after himself and was even kind to my dogs. Great service! Came out same day and after five pm, not the cheapest but not the most expensive, and my tech was worth every penny.
