Technician James installed an electronic filtering system and a turbo easy start kit on our AC system. He is everything you hope for when you have a technician come to your home. He was prompt, friendly, and courteous and fully explained the work he was performing. He is a credit to the Goettl company and is welcome in our home for any future needs. It’s disappointing that it’s gotten to the point of leaving a negative review because overall we’ve had great experiences with Goettl. In the last 5 years, we’ve spent approximately $15,000 with Goettl making HVAC and plumbing upgrades and repairs to our home. However, this last job has been a huge departure from what we’re used to. It’s been two weeks since they came to fix a mistake made by one of their technicians and there is still a 2 square foot hole in our wall with no timetable as to when a repair will be made.

A month ago, my A/C was rejuvenated. At that visit, it was suggested that I replace the capacitor. I declined, and said I would wait until it actually went out. I turned the unit on for the first time two days ago and realized it was not cycling nor was it blowing out cold air! I made the call for repair. Chris P was my technician this visit. Not only was he knowledgeable but he explained everything to me and answered any questions I had about the repair. A/C is back up and blowing out the coldest of cold air! THANK YOU CHRIS P & Goettl for ALWAYS taking care of me and my A/C! #CustomerForLife

The technician Gabriel Martinez was a very good communicator. He was able to read my body language until I was comfortable with the price and plan. He really went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the installation and repair.

Gabe and Nick worked on a very stubborn blockage in my kitchen sink. Nick went above and beyond and spent hours trying different approaches. Realized I would need to have drain jetted. This was on a Friday before a holiday weekend and I had company coming. Gabe arranged for Nick to come that same afternoon and he was determined to through the wall of gunk in my 50 year old townhouse drain line. Both young men were pleasant, professional and thoughtful young men.

Hector came out to take a look at a leaking faucet. He gave me a couple of options on how to fix it and gave me a reasonable quote. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed before he left. Thanks Hector!

Excellent service. Julian and Nick put a Permaliner system in my old sewer line. They did an outstanding job. Turned out better than expected. Highly recommended.
