Chris P was fantastic. Our AC stopped working and Goettl was able to get a tech out quickly before the heat became too much to handle. Chris was very thorough in detailing what he was inspecting and why and was quickly able to locate to the problem and had us repaired even faster.

So Goettl came through for us on the 4th of July. We initially booked a tech from another company to come out to solve why our air conditioner wasn’t working. Long story short they cancelled. So we called Goettl around 12:45 and we had a tech out at like 1:30. Nathan was very helpful, professional and fixed our AC quickly. I would definitely recommend them!

After a few months, many phone calls, and different technicians being called to my house to inspect the less than 2 year-old AC unit; customer service said it was finally time to call in David, a warranty specialist, to pin point the real issue. Once David Inspected the unit from the outside and up through the attic, he was able to diagnose and explain what would need to be done to fix it. To have someone finally diagnose the underlying issue and communicate a plan was long over due and reassuring.

You all communicated, checked-in with one another, and made sure we were happy customers with everything throughout the process. Jerran came out and did a thorough inspection of my home to ensure that there were no leaks. I thank him and Goettl profusely as my home has a mold issue that I need to take care of for my family's health. Since he did a detailed inspection, the warranty for my dry fog will be valid. He was also a very personable and friendly guy with keen understanding of proper customer service. Once again, I appreciate Goettl for assisting me in taking back my home.

The AC technician James, came to check out our upstairs AC system, and did a phenomenal job determining what was the cause of the hight temperature upstairs.
