B & J Refrigeration Inc. - Heating and Cooling

We have combination heating and cooling units. This service call was for seasonal check up.
The service personnel were very professional, personable and proficient. The technician was knowledgeable and answered my questions as well as offering suggestions for system usage.
The service manager also was there and was equally qualified and helpful.
All in all a very good experience.

Randy came today to do maintenance on my furnace. He was prompt and extremely pleasant. He also saved me money by explaining the Preventive Maintenance plan which I have signed up for.

I asked for a winter inspection of my AC/Furnace heat exchanger unit. Randy, the technician, came out on time and explained what he was about to do. After the inspection Randy spent some time with me explaining what he found and what the future implications might be. Since these units are expensive to replace, Randy's counsel was greatly appreciated.

We needed a new condensing unit for our home. Other companies told us we needed a full system at 3 times the price. We now have the new condensing unit and the system is working great. Great customer service as well.

B & J Refrigeration has a great team. They have replaced 2 air conditioners for us. They respond quickly, are professional, and do a wonderful job.
