Kevin, the technician, was right on the projected time, wore a mask at all times during customer contact, was efficient and explained everything about the maintenance performed and checked for any problems in operation and installation which was done by another HVAC company last year. We will definitely use B&J again!

No one likes to hear that you need a new AC unit so it makes it easier when you have professional and friendly people help you out. I first had the pleasure of meeting Lawerence who educated me on the different types of ACs and what my house would need. Then today, Tony and Adam came to do the install. They were on time, tidy, and informative making sure all my questions were addressed and that I understood how to use my unit and the new "fancy" electronic thermostat. Great team! We were having issues with our walk-in cooler late at night. We called several company's that advertise 24 hour service but B & J was the only one to respond to us. Kevin came out at 12:30am to check it out. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, saving us thousands on product that would have been thrown out. Thanks Kevin.

Great Team Work. Had the American Standard HVAC SEER 16 System installed in our home last october by B&J Team. Tony is the best HVAC Technician, very thorough, perfectionist and great workmanship. System worked right the first time. Tony tested everything to make sure entire system was working efficiently and he had us walk through the use of control Pad as well as how to change the filter. Job was done on time as promised. Professional customer service at the office.

Called at the last minute on Wednesday and had a technician (Dean) return my call Thursday morning to schedule an appointment for that Friday. Dean arrived exactly on time and had top quality equipment on hand to professionally balance the air flow of the a/c system. The entire experience was top notch.

B and J recently almost doubled their Air Conditioner tune-up or seasonal checks. I had them install a split unit in my new house 6 years ago and they have provided service annually at the a labor rate of $85 for 1.25 hours. This year they started charging $115 for the first unit and $95 for the second unit! What a ripoff! I have called other A/C businesses and they do NOT do that. They charge you for one service call. I can understand the up charge if it took twice the amount of time but on every occasion they are done in less than an hour. Bye bye B and J! That is how you lose business from a dedicated customer and how word of mouth spreads!

Wow, Adam and Tony came to my home and installed a new ac unit and heater. They were so professional and I even saw Tony wipe his feet before he came in the house. They were a wealth of knowledge and answered all the questions I had, I would highly recommend them for your cooling and heating needs.

As a restaurant manager, my walk-in refrigerators and freezers HAVE to run properly. They are old and break-down often. B&J has always been courteous, professional and prompt from start to finish. The service people that come to the property are always pleasant and proficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
