Kevin was great - along with the entire B & J team. Our system (installed by B & J) had not been checked for several years. My bad.
Kevin performed a complete inspection check and maintenance service - including a much needed cleaning of the condenser coil. Everything working in tip-top shape now. B & J's responsiveness in this crazy time of COVID-19 is greatly appreciated by us. Thanks B & J!

Recently we had to replace the AC unit on our rental. The staff did a great job coordinating the scheduled installation. (Thank you Sean and office staff for being flexible, accommodating, and professional) The crew of Armando and Benjamin did a clean installation from arriving on time, crane direction, finishing on time, and left us with a beautiful quiet smooth running unit. Not to mention their price was very competitive. Great job - thank you!

I used b & J services 2 times to repair my AC unit over 2 years. 1st time in 2018 & 2nd time in 2020. Both times they did not do a full inspection of the unit or go into the attic and only put freon into the system. 1 month after they filled it with freon, the unit went out.

I called to see if they could come check it out and explained that I don't feel the previous techs did a full inspection and if this could be a free inspection. They denied and said that I would need to be charged the full service fee for any additional checks. I could not believe it. They did not do a thorough inspection which could have prevented my system from going completely out. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I called another AC company and they found the problem immediately and now I will need to get my unit replaced. My unit is up in age but may have had a few more years of life if the proper care was done when I used b & J. So disappointed in this company.

I have used B & J Refrigeration for 3 years. Each call was thorough and complete. The tech explained issue with me in terms I could understand. They fixed my AC problem in time for a visitor. I recommend B & J Refrigeration without qualms.
