Had the annual service. The tech that showed up was J.J.Chacon. He was a total professional who answered all my questions, was prompt and courteous. If you use them, hopefully JJ is your tech as well. Thank you.

Jason our tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Alaska AC from now on with any issues we have with our AC and heating unit.

Poor representation. Did not appear to have much knowledge of the HVAC unit needing repair. Tried to tell me my hvac unit needed to be replaced within the first five minutes upon arriving. Also told me the fan motor would be hard to find and would cost 1500.00. I called another company (P.E.G.) and they repaired it promptly, labor, parts out the door for 470.00 total. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They still charged me 130.00 for their inexperienced technician.
