We had Matthew come fix our heat on one of the coldest weeks of the year. As new homeowners we were really unsure what to expect and were afraid of getting a high quote just because we were young. From the beginning Matthew was professional, helpful and showed us how our system worked while explaining the problem. We were overjoyed to have someone honest and not condescending when we weren’t sure of the problem! Great experience!

Roque and Arturo were very professional. They did a detailed inspection and explained everything that was wrong with my system. They also typed up and provided a health report on what they recommended be done for the system. Would highly recommend their company.

Fransisco and Mike were very friendly and professional. Both men were constantly informing us of what they had left and what the game plan was. I did get permission from them to record the install of the unit as I was recording I did say thank you Alaskan heating and cooling for making this happen. I also would like to add Mike and Fransisco love our animals always have to give my 4 cats and 1 puppy a pet when they come in and before they leave the house.

I had a great experience with my technician Roque. He went through every detail of the maintenance inspection report with me and answered all my questions. He offered recommendations for an emergency shutoff switch that my unit didn't have in case the drain pan back up, but there was no pushing or high pressure sales. Roque was on time, polite, and very professional. I really appreciate his service in my home!

Update: Just had my summer A/C maintenance with Brandon, it went very smoothly and he was super professional and didn't mind my suspicious puppy barking a little. All around good experience Thank you Brandon!

They replaced the ac/ heater. This was a maintenance done every 6 mos. Alaskan has been fabulous!! Their customer service is impeccable. Attention to detail in all they do is amazing! I love this company!!!
