This is an amazing run business! When I called them to schedule an appointment, they actually listened to my concerned and did a great job getting someone out to my house as quickly as possible. That was followed up with extremely professional specialists. They were respectful, professional, and courteous, starting off by listening to my concerns then thoroughly explaining the process. The specialists quickly determined the problem and then repaired my unit on the spot for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company to anyone looking for A/C repairs!

Seth Eagle was the tech that serviced my heating/AC unit. He was very thorough, informative and extremely personable. Alaska Air is lucky to have such an employee. I will definitely call your company in the future for any repairs or replacement of my unit.

Scheduling services was quick and easy. They are always on time. The repair was fast, professional and explained in detail.

Update 3-16-23. On 3-15 @4:30pm our heater stopped blowing air and while it is not cold my Grandmother is 97 and has a hard time maintaining her body temp. We called first thing next morning and they were at our home by 9am. I can't say enough good things about the two techs that were here Zack & Brandon. They were polite, super efficient, informative, professional & easy to talk with. I hope other customers that have them in their home take some time to review them. It's so hard to know who you're letting in your home anymore. Peace of mind is priceless. Lastly the cost. We bought a bought a new a/c & furnace in 2019 while we were pretty dissatisfied a new system in it failed Alaskan doesn't manufacture them. We do have a maintenance plan with them and that is such a good value. It brought done the total a good bi also being a customer for approximately 30 yrs gave another discount. That was a welcome surprise. We hope folks will read this and make the sound choice to become part of the Alaskan family.

On 8-18-22 my grandma was due for her maintenance check on her A/C. The technician Jerardo aka JJ came and let me just say he was a pleasure to have in our home. He was through, yet did his job in a timely manner. He was also respectful and answered any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better tech to be in our home. I think even our cat "Quill" was sad to see him go! At a time where customer service seems to have disappeared from so many businesses, rest assured if JJ shows up at your door you are getting your money's worth.

David and Saul with Alaskan A/C were prompt, polite, efficient and neat. They installed our unit in one day. They cleaned up perfectly and explained how to operate the thermostat plainly.

Matthew was fantastic! He was here quickly. He explained everything and communicated with the landlord. Of course he fixed the issue quickly. Thank you Matthew!
