My husband and I contracted with Alaska in Aug ‘22 to replace a 25 year old system. Although there was some initial miscommunications and supply chain issues, Alaska made things right and have been communicative and responsive throughout. Alaska may be a little pricier compared to some competitors, but they are an organized, responsive, and available team that are ready and available to work with you. Our main point of contact, Chris, has been great throughout the install process.

Dustin recently performed a post-install inspection and did an excellent job. He was extremely polite, professional, and very informative. He pointed out that that home inspectors had missed a vulnerability in our carbon monoxide venting system that was related to the age and modifications to the home. Based on his recommendation, I plan on installing additional sensors at the appropriate level to increase detection. Dustin also adjusted all the vents in our home, increasing the efficiency of our system.

Eunice has also been very helpful since the initial install. Her attentiveness and responsiveness helped me get the information I needed resolve my financing issue and secured Dustin’s services.

Matthew is a consumate professional. Always a pleasure to work with him. Alaskan is a quality company and I've always been more than satisfied with their services.

I had Alaskan come do regular maintenance on our HVAC system. Their communication was excellent from confirming the appointment several times, to sending a text and email just before the technician arrived with the picture of the technician and some info about him. The text also had a gps link on his location, and he called so I knew exactly when to expect him and could be ready to let him in. He was extremely professional, wore shoe coverings around the house every time he came in, and was very thorough with his inspection. He took pictures throughout his inspection that he showed me afterwards, and went through the detailed report of how everything was working, answered my questions, and explained any recommendations and why they were important. I’d highly recommend!

Had an Alastification done on the AC unit on the condo we just purchased recently. No warranty on it and so since Alaskan was offering a one year no breakdowns with Alastification we thought it would totally worth it. First, great timely service. Very polite representative who took the time to answer all my questions. However? Was told they could not guarentee the one year no breakdowns due to the age of the unit. Although unit s working well and just a small leak was found but not mentioned to be
a huge issue, the advertised one year no breakdown guarentee was not honored. Recommendations for replacing the unit were offered and still waiting on an email with those recommendations. Did like that the Membership could be transferred between properties for the 2 years paid for which included this visit and one more this year along with other benefits and discounts. Over good experience, just disappointed about what was advertised and not provided.

JJ was so helpful and answered all of our questions. He gave us a great deal too. We will definitely be using Alaskan AC come winter to check our heating as well!

I've been using Alaskan for a few years now for regular maintenance and repairs and they've always been courteous, punctual, and professional, no matter who the technician was. The last technician, Rocky, was very thorough and caught some major issues with my system. He found a gas leak on the gas valve to my heater. They were able to get the part and replace it two days later under warranty. He did a great job explaining to me the issues and worked with me on which repairs/services were most important. Overall, I'm pleased with their service and hope they keep doing a great job!

My complaint is about one of the drives using a company van. On 1-10 eastbound on Friday afternoon. March 10 about 12:30 pm. . the driver cut in front of me. If I had not put on my brakes: he would have clipped my front fender. He had plenty of room to wait 30 more seconds before moving over in my lane.. He also crossed the yellow line twice within the next 2 miles. I would not recommend this business .. if the drivers are unsafe and inconsiderate: I would not expect good service

Matthew was terrific. He was on time, communicated the issues and was tidy and professional. I highly recommend Matthew and would definitely use Alaskan AC again.

Alaskan tech J J Chacon serviced my a/c unit. He was respectful and knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate the time he spent answering my questions as well.
