J.J. Chacon came out today to do the summer check on our unit that has been nonstop problems for the last three years. He made sure to check everything, consult with a coworker in order to give the best service possible. He was able to answer all questions and concerns in a way a non HVAC person can understand, he was polite, personable and through overall he was a nice lady, and the only person we will have do work on our unit from here forward.
