They were very professional and took a lot of photos. This was very nice sense I am not the home owner just the reasonable adult at the home at the time. They also explained everything so I could relay the info to my father the home owner. JJ answered any questions I had also regarding the process and he and his partner explained everything they were doing.

Today we had the representative from Alaskan Airconditioning & Heating, Matthew Moyer, coming over for our bi-annually preventative maintenance service.

I normally don't leave a review but in this case I decided to do it because Matthew went above and beyond. We had a couple of questions & requests and he answered them all and provided more information that was useful. When I asked him to help me with something related to the control panel he didn't hesitated and resolved it immediately. That is what I call customer service and would certainly recommend Alaskan AC.

An A/C company I was a client of for years performed a scheduled inspection on my system. I was told my system had to be replaced for $25K. I was suspicious, so I called Alaskan. Techs Matthew and Brandon were OUTSTANDING! It turns out, I DO NOT need to repair or replace my unit! THANK YOU Polar Bears Matthew and Brandon.

Matt was great! Told me what I needed, showed me pictures and explained what was wrong with my system,
though a little costly, but way less expensive than a failure later. Would recommend!

Great communication by Matthew to confirm the replacement of the evaporator coil that was under warranty with Lennox. He represents your company very well and he definitely made an impression on me as a customer.

Brandon was an excellent technician from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident that my AC system was in good hands for the summer season ahead.

AC quit on a Sunday afternoon. Scheduled online last night, they showed up within the timeframe as scheduled. Matt, our technician, was knowledgeable efficient, and got right to it. Was able to diagnose the problem, and get our AC up and running.

Zach arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, he was polite, courteous very honest. The repair was done professionally and efficiently.

Mathew and Jesus came to repair my system, being Mathew second time here after initially diagnosing the cause of the problem, he was empathetic and made eye contact when addressing questions concerns and recommendations. The work was done professionally efficiently. He was also very observation of my granddaughter and location for her safety.
