I just had Paul here to check out my air conditioner and I can't tell how much of a pleasure it was talking to him and what a great person he , he so sweet, you have a keeper their Jason .

From the time Zac came to my house to give me an estimate to the installation of my air conditioner everything went smoothly and easy which is hard to do these days but Zac pulled it off!

heat wasnt working so i called air tropics because i trust them,they scheduled a appt for the next day houston was able to solve the problem within minutes,i did have to call them back again,but because of the unit, not because it was something air tropics did,houston was back out and solved the problem,my unit is (OLD)1984 rheem,and air tropics has never blamed the age of the unit or tried to sale me a new unit! they are great people,i will never use another company as most do the exact opposite..thank you jason and houston..have a merry christmas and happy holidays..the curtis family
