Air Tropics Heating and Cooling

My house AC unit has been serviced by Air Tropics for the past 13 years and I know that if anything else other than the regular service is needed they will let me know far in advance. They have earned my trust by being honest and consistently delivering great work.

Moved to Tucson and heard from our real estate agent that the best & the only people to have work on your HVAC system is Air Tropics. I asked "how do you know that?" There response, "after selling and managing properties in Tucson for 30 years, they have had experience in dealing with every AC/heating company. About 20 years started using Air Tropics & have used no one since."

When it came time to have my AC/heating unit checked I called Air Tropics. The technician checked out our unit and gave a prognosis of the needed repairs and the estimated cost. Had the work completed and the technician explained why and how the system worked. In the process got to know Mike (the tech) and he got a chance to know us. Though we had an older HVAC unit, Mike encouraged us to keep the unit until the more expensive components needed replacing.

When we had "NO HEAT" in December Mike was there to make needed repairs. Though this year was a "warm one", our old unit kept us cool. Recently when the the "ole AC unit" started using more electricity and started making some unusual noises, I placed a call to Air Tropics. I was informed that it was time to think of getting a new HVAC unit because the "ole unit" was on its way out. I was given an estimate for a new TRANE Unit. My eyes popped out of my head when I saw the estimate. I sought bids from other AC companies and discovered that the figures I was being quoted were far higher for the same unit, the warranties shorter or the units no where near the same quality as the Trane unit.

As of two weeks ago, I now have a new Trane AC/heating unit installed by Air Tropics in my residence. It is operating wonderfully. All I can say about Air Tropics, is what my real estate agent said - they are the only people to have when it comes to HVAC work. They treat you like family not just an account. They are not in-expensive but they do good work, get it right and do it in a professional manner.

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best - Air Tropics deserves a 12+.

I cannot say enough good things about Air Tropics and the owner Jason. All of the guys, really! Such a rockstar crew. These guys not only came out on a Saturday but had me back to cool air in 20 minutes or less. Fair price, high quality, great people. Air Tropics will always have my business. Thank you!

Quick response to first our call for service on Sun., team responsive to our personal needs on Mon AM, provided service during projected time frame, friendly, courteous, left work area clean, AC working great! They were conscious of Covid concerns for two members of the household. I highly recommend Air Tropics.

The company/technicians always treat us like we're the only customer. They are always super knowledgable, caring and efficient at taking care of our needs.

Our ac went out at night. I called the next morning and within a few hours Zac was out and came to our rescue. A text let me know who would be coming out with a photo of the person. Once Zac was on his way I got another text.

Air Tropics is a company that truly cares about their clients. Even with COVID, I felt Zac took all the precautions to make our interaction safe.

Air Tropics is hands down the most dependable HVAC company in Tucson. I had a really old unit that was on its last leg. And wouldn’t you know it as soon as it starts getting cold in Tucson my unit stops working. Air Tropics was able to come out and install a new into in just 2 days. No other company in Tucson would’ve been able to get us back up and running so fast. I will never call another company for my heating and cooling needs. Truly the best!

One of the better repair and maintenance teams for households I've seen. Friendly, responsive, and willing to take any extra steps to ensure the job gets done right. Michael has come twice now to help repair the central air unit, and does a great job with cleaning and telling us what the problem is and how he fixed it. They also use a messaging service to tell you when they plan on coming, what the statement is, as well as who will be servicing you. I think this is a great use of technology, and their handiwork is great. Thank you!

I'm sooo pleased with Air Tropics A/C overall service! My unit quit suddenly ... Summer in Arizona! Inside my home became an unbearable 90+ degrees HOT! When I first called another company too hard to spell, the impression I got by phone wasn't positive from the start ... I didn't feel they listened -- also appt over 3 weeks out. My concern was my grandbabies health. On TV I saw an Air Tropics commercial, called, and heard Scott's respectable voice. I felt this company cares, and they gave me a next-day appointment, Yay! Tech Michael showed up when promised, was very personable and professional. He diagnosed issue timely, fixed the problem, charge was very reasonable, offered follow-up service, and recommendations. I'm so Blessed my A/C is performing great same day! WhooHoo! and BIG Thank You! to Air Tropics Tucson -- you're THE best!
