Air Tropics Heating and Cooling

We got 3 bids to totally replace our furnace and air conditioner. They had the best price and explained everything. The install took place in hot August. Four men arrived early and were finished by 12 noon so the new system could be turned on. They also showed us how to use the new thermostat. They were pleasant, professional and neat: easy to work with. So glad we chose Air Tropics.

Highly recommend Air Tropics. Our AC went out over the weekend. My wife called them and within an hour they were at our home. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to find the problem within minutes of being here.

As a Realtor I've used Air Tropics for inspections and referring them to clients and friends. After limping along with a lesser quality system with Air Tropics repairs. I've upgraded my system from a 14 seer to a Trane 18 seer variable speed. The install was as promised and professionally done. I'm very pleased with savings and quietness of system. Great service. Appointment was scheduled for 1200 and tech arrived 2 hours earlier. Assessed problem gave recommendation and after receiving part, completed job. Air is nice and cool again. Job done well and price was right. As a military veteran very much appreciated.

When the time came to replace our split ac system, there were tons of options. After reviewing them all, we chose to go with Air Tropics. Their price was competitive and the cost of their yearly maintenance plan was much more economical than even the most established companies in Tucson. Their install crew had the new system installed within a few hours, answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. Getting a heater into an attic is messy, but when they were finished you couldn't tell they had been there. I have only had the system for a week, but so far it works as advertised. I'll be sure to update this post as necessary, but so far Air Tropics gets an A+ from me.

We had to run our ac unit for the first time yesterday. Unlike our previous condenser, you can’t hear this one at all. So far i’m very impressed with the ac unit. The house feels great and it’s quiet.

We got a couple of quotes for A/C replacement - Air Tropics was competitive, and their service was great. They were super prompt, fast to respond to questions, and did a great job with installation of our new A/C.
