I had simply fantastic service from everyone I encountered at Air Tropics. What a great company!

The two guys that came have come before very professional. They both gave some good in-site on a few things and might have other things done because these guys. All in all I would recommend them and the company. And 10 stars for service.

Jason was very responsive. Very helpful. I wasn’t confident about getting a whole unit installed until I came across this company.

From the first time I ever used these guys they have been very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. Impressed with the initial contact with them since they save me a lot of money over another company that had tried to upsell me a lot of unnecessary equipment.

System went down. Call response was next day...issue was dealt with same day and follow up was an inexpensive installation...what a great company...they could have sold me a new unit but were Honest

My AC went out, I called and they were here within two hours. In July!! They explained what was wrong, answered all my questions, and remained professional and personable the whole time. I will call them again!!
