I used them initially for routine maintenance and the tech was thorough and professional. When I needed to have the ac replaced, air tropics installed the new unit and did a great job. They showed up on time and completed the install in a short time.

We have been using Air Tropics for about 4 years now.
This year we decided to obtain a new AC unit so once again we turned to Jason's team.
I can not say enough about the team of guys that work for this company.
The where very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient but also friendly . . You could not ask for a nicer group of men .
The whole crane thing used to move the new unit to our back yard was a thrill to watch as well lol. .

I highly recommend using Air Tropics for HVAC repairs. One of their major competitors in town with big tv advertising budget quoted me almost double to repair one of two my AC systems but was trying to push a new HVAC system for over $10K instead. Air Tropics repaired both of my systems for less than the competitor quoted for one. They brought the repair parts with them and were done within an hour. Houston is a very professional and friendly person to work with. I will definitely call them first next time.

Jason quickly responded to my request for service for our AC down. Scott coordinated Mike’s same day response,, during the peak of AC repair season. All the parts they needed were available on their truck and Mike restored service within about an hour. He also inspected our second unit to ensure it was running properly, and discounted our bill providing us with the “heroes” savings offer. The guys are always beyond helpful, personable, and caring. Above all...experienced and professional.

Air Tropics came on time, did a great job, were polite, cleaned up after themselves and when they ran into a challenge they had the expertise to overcome it. It was a tough job but they got it done in a single day. They arranged for zero interest five year payment. What more could I want? They are locally owned and at the end of the day, I have a cool house with smart technology monitoring & mgmt.

I wanted to replace my HVAC unit and so I shopped around having 8 different companies come out to give me estimates. Air Tropics happened to be the last one. I thought I had decided on a company but directly after Air Tropics came out I knew right away that I was going to hire them. Scheduling a free estimate was a breeze and they came out right away. The gentleman Scotty who came was extremely polite and professional. He explained everything to me. He was not pushy and simply gave me his card. I called up and spoke with the owner Jason who sent me the contract. Their prices are competitive and since I am an educator they kindly gave me a discount. I scheduled them right away. In between the time that I sent in my contract and when they came out I had a lot of questions. I spoke with Jason multiple times who never once had any problem with answering all of them and did so in a genuine and courteous manner. The gentlemen who came out to install the unit were absolute gems. They had 2 teams come out and it only took them three hours to install. They were all extremely polite and courteous. After installing the wall panel they graciously programmed it for me and explained in detail how to use it. They were clean and professional and even insisted on sweeping my floor upon leaving. All in all I would never hesitate to hire them again in the future. I have already recommended them to a friend. Trust me I am picky and they completely did not disappoint!!!

AIR TROPICS TO THE RECUSE. LITERALLY!!!!

After a 56 day fight with both our warranty company and a different local contractor in an attempt to fix our heater, I finally got in touch with Air Tropics. I spoke to Scott and told him how we got the run around the entire time and how the issues were handled before Air Tropics became involved. All he could say was “wow”. We had never dealt with Air Tropics but that made no difference to Scott. The next day, a professional crew from Air Tropics showed up at my house bright and early at 8:15. By 11:30, I had heard back from Scott saying that we were getting a new unit and it would be installed at 8:00 the following morning. Since we had gone through so much with the previous contractor, he wanted to move us up the priority chain and give us immediate installation. If it hadn’t been for the rain stopping the crane from doing the installation, we would have gone from fighting 56 days with a warranty company that clearly didn’t want to replace our broken unit and a contractor that clearly didn’t know how, to a company that went from diagnosis to installation in under 48 hours( would have been 24 hours if the rain didn’t stop the crane). Air Tropics took what happened to us personally as if it had happened to their own family. Scott and the team at Air Tropics owned every bit of the situation from start to finish. They were truly amazing and should be Tucson’s first choice for any HVAC issues. To say we are greatful for their professionalism and compassion for our situation is an understatement. We can not thank them enough.

Air Topics and each of their employees carries an amount of professionalism that gave me confidence in knowing my services being provided would be completed with skill and care.
