Air Tropics Heating and Cooling

My heating and air conditioning unit failed on Thursday morning 6:00 a.m. I called air tropics 7:00 a.m. . They sent one of their managers Zac who was here before 8:00 a.m. . He made an assessment we decided to go for the unit that I have installed now. But the great thing was the unit was installed 24 hours later, done! Everybody was great and friendly and professional and you couldn't ask for anything more. The price was was very reasonable. The warranty is great. I would tell anybody I run into if they had a problem with their heating and air conditioning to call Air tropics great job thank you

Jason and his staff are extremely professional. Air Tropics installed AIr conditioning and heating in our home after we suffered a terrible family tragedy. His personal empathy and help in getting it installed has made our home cozy and comfortable for our little family. We no longer have to use portables. His staff is professional and their team work amazing. They took special care and there was no mess, dust or anything left behind. The staff is courteous and kind. There is no better company out there when it comes to heating and cooling. Thank you Air Tropics we are so happy and you are the only company we will ever use! Air Tropics was recommended to me and I’m so glad I went with them! Houston and another young man showed up promptly, were able to quickly identify the problem, repair it at a reasonable cost, and stick around to verify the system was back in working order. They were super friendly and I loved that they were able to educate myself and husband as they went along, and also about the other services offered! You e definitely gained a new customer!

I've had two positive experiences with this company. They are fair, on time, and professional. The last visit they spent 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem as electrical, advised me to call an electrician and didn't even charge me for their time. Great company.

Years ago I lucked upon Air Tropics after I had just purchased my home and had a big problem with my A/C. From the very first call over ten years ago they have been everything I am saying they are. They responded immediately to my phone call and assured me that they would have someone out to check out the situation that same day.
They were true to their word and got my system working that same day - even though my system was old and had not been serviced in quite a while. The short term fix made it all the way through that summer and over the winter they cane up with a plan that provides me with cool and affordable air when it’s hot and warm air for the brief winter.
For the past seven years Air Tropics has come to see me twice a year as part of my annual plan for service. In the spring I get a maintenance check up on the A/C and the fall for my heater.
They are reliable, professional, on time and always no surprises when it’s time to pay.
We even needed a new condensation pump two weeks ago and, again, Air Tropics was on time and billed me less than I was prepared to pay.
I recommend Air Tropics and Jason without hesitation! Responsive, reliable, on time, on the money and professional from beginning to end.

The team that did the work at my house were wonderful! They were very friendly, conscientious, careful, and polite.
