I called to inquire about how to obtain some information for a family member whom used to work there, and possibly some services for another family member and the person whom answered the phone was not helpful at all, and was very unprofessional with her responses. i have worked in many positions and not one time do i tell a former employee or customer " im sorry i cant do that or i wont do that or we dont do that' and and numerous calls to attempt to verify pre employment or verification gained not a single reply. i will not refer this company again.
