Service Pros Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Honesty and integrity are the first words that come to mind. Service Pros have repaired our aging air conditioner 3 times, always promptly and with competent workers. This last time Benny was our repairman. He was supposed to arrive between 8 - 10 but was here ar 7:30 (awesome) He did call and say he was on his way. We were sent a picture and his name by the company so knew who to look for.
We highly recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.

I have been very pleased with Service Pros! I have used them twice recently at my home. Each time, they have been quick to respond with same day appointments. The technician sent over was professional and on time. I also liked that I got an email and text with the technician's name and photo before the appointment so I knew who to expect. Bob always goes above and beyond for his customers and I am so appreciative!

This company is incredibly professional. They sent the owner out and he was attentive and thorough. Initially, I used him for plumbing for my business and then ac for my house. He saved me a ton of money by fixing my issues properly the first time rather than many would do a partial fix which would require a whole other service call in the future. Super respect this company. I highly recommend them.

Bob, one of the owner’s, came into my business to purchase a product. We began speaking and right away you can tell he is an honest, straight forward and very respectful person…that is when I started asking questions about heating and plumbing issues my mother was having! Within an hour of just meeting he had called his office, helped setup a consultation and had someone at her home inspecting the problem. (This is a problem that another company had been “waiting” on a part for almost 2 or 3 weeks). The next morning we got a phone call back, the price was more than fair and by early afternoon there was a technician installing a new (very complex) water heater. To say he went above and beyond would not be doing it justice. An overall positive experience all away around and my mother mentioned how nice, friendly and punctual the service technician(s) have been. We will be using them for all of our personal and business related issues and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Service Pros!

I had a softener install and a RO under my sink for fresh clean drinking water. Bob, was such an easy person to talk too and explained all the details of the product and install. Tony, the installer was very professional and the work he did was clean and great. I would definitely recommend service pros.

We've asked Service Pro's for help on two occasions recently. Once was for a check up and the second was for an emergency repair on a relative's home.
For the check up Rodney, the service technician, only recommended things that needed to be done vs. a run up "laundry list" of very inflated services from other businesses we've gotten recently.
For the emergency service Rodney arrived in a timely manner, accurately diagnosed the problem, and provided a fix with recommendations within two hours. Again - I highly recommend this company.

There are certain skills and trades that once you find a good one, you keep them close. Service Pros has those skills and are masters of their trade. This company is the only one I call for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. They are friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Always top notch work and professional.

Called you all out this Saturday because my bath tubes were clogged. You all had some one out here within an hour and a half. I was like wow that's fast service. So we had a Technician ,Tony Dangja. Very great guy, respectful and very professional. Got the job done and are drains are working great. Thank you Service Pros. We are so grateful to have used Service Pros for plumbing and AC over the last 10 years – the service is prompt and professional, and they are always willing to answer questions and let me watch what they are doing. When we bought a fixer-upper, we trusted Service Pros to do the major repair work – we've had our water heater replaced, our home completely re-plumbed, two new roof-mount air conditioners installed, new hookup to city water and sewer (converting from hauled water and septic tank) . . . they did it all!

Service Pros were very responsive to our need for a new water heater and helped in electing to go with the tankless Rinnai unit. They provided all the details needed and their plumber, Tony was great. Very happy with their efforts and helpful and professional efforts.
