Brewer's Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

Once again Brewers exceeded my expectations. I received a text message with the ETA and a picture of the technician. Guillermo Gutierrez arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He performed the service expeditiously and thoroughly explained what he did. I highly recommend Brewers.

So, I sell you a Cadillac and on the delivery date I deliver a Buick. You ask where your Cadillac is and I tell you "this is just like it", they're both made by GM. Well, that's what Jared did to me! He sold me a Trane and delivered a Run Tru. And, he told me they are both made by Trane. You know your Buick won't sell like your Caddy would have. Same here. I know this Run Tru won't sell like a Trane does. And, one more thing: if I ever find out that a Run Tru sells for less than a comparable Trane, I'm going to Three on Your Side and hope to find you on TV.

Gabe just came and serviced our AC for its yearly checkup. He was very thorough and has given us a great service every time! We have been with Brewer’s since moving to AZ 23 years ago. It is a great company, which I highly recommended.

Joseph was excellent. He explained everything and answered my many questions in a calm, polite way. He took photos to show what he was doing and why. Simply outstanding.

As usual, Joseph was GOLD. He explains everything, gives current estimates on projects that need to be done. He takes great notes and really knows our system. I trust him implicitly.

Cameron West was my technician. he was very professional and did
his work promptly. He was able to sign me up for a contract for another
year. He checked the filter but did not have a new one because the size of
my filter was not the order. It was okay for now and I have a service
that will do it later.

We enrolled in the twice a years maintenance program through Brewer’s.
Guillermo Gutierrez came out to do our HVAC maintenance today. He was very polite and professional. He serviced our condenser and after he finished, returned the hose to the other side of our yard where we store it. I didn’t ask him to do that but he just did it. I am so thankful he did that because,
I just had rotator cuff surgery and I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself for months later.
He serviced our air handler in our attic, and changed our air filter. I have no doubt this young man is every bit of a 5 star asset to your amazing company.

These guys are awesome. The whole operation from the office, to salesman, to the field tech's was extremely professional. If you are looking to have any A/C work done, this is the company to call. I will be sticking with Brewer's for all my A/C needs going forward. Thanks Mark, Kyle and the rest of the team for a great experience.

Treymayne was my technician and he was exceptional! He came to my home after business hours from clear across town to fix my a/c leak. He was professional and worked quickly. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and what he did to fix it. He took the time to answer my questions. When he left my home everything was in place as it was when he arrived. A very respectful and considerate individual. I found my lifelong a/c company in Treymayne.

My AC stopped working, fortunately on a day with temperatures in the 90s instead of the 100s. It was too late unless I wanted to pay an after hours charge so I scheduled Brewers for the next day between 10 and 2. They showed up ahead of 8 and identified the problem, made a temporary fix, and taught me how to do ongoing maintenance to prevent it in the future. Not the heat pump nor the air handler directly, but the drainage from the air handler was blocked. So, armed with knowledge I know what to do to fix it for now and for once a year maintenance. Very professional and fast service.

Cameron was very friendly and knowledgable. He game me all the detail of his inspection. It was great. Will use him again next year!!!
