I am so glad I called Brewer's for my AC repair. Cameron was here at 9am when he said he would be here at 2pm. It is unbearable in Phoenix without AC so him being early was ananswer to prayer. Called to get my HVAC serviced since it has been a few years, and definitely will be using Brewer’s to handle all future HVAC needs from here on out! Prior to the technicians arrival I was informed through text and email on who my technician was and when he was expected to arrive which I found very reassuring. My technician Mario was very professional, clean, and informative throughout his visit. I appreciate the fact that he kept me updated throughout his visit. Of course my AC system failed during our first major heatwave and on a Sunday no less. After living two days at 97 degrees inside my house, Brewer’s came to my rescue! Joseph came out to look at our heavy system where the compressor would start and run first thing in the morning then will not run the rest of the day. Joseph explained what is happening and how the system works. I had another company come out first and they did not give me adequate information as to what could be done with my system. Joseph got our system working with a hard start add on but did say based on the grinding of the compressor and the fact the system is 21 years old the most cost effective solution would be to have the system replaced..
