Found the problem fast. Located the parts and had us up and running quickly!

Dalton Carpenter was part of the 5-ton replacement on one of our 2 HVAC home systems. He and the crew were efficient in their tear-out, removal, then installation of the new system. We are completely satisfied with their work. Later, Dalton returned for a post-installation inspection. He answered all my questions and explained some of the more "intricate" operations of the new Honeywell thermostat. We cannot be anymore please with his work and patience. Thank you Brewer's HVAC and especially "Thank you", Dalton.

Mario Ybarra was the technician who performed the services. He was on time, very professional, thorough, cleaned up afterwards, and excellent with his communication. I was also very pleased with the quality of his work.

I begged them to wear masks during visit because this is at a 93 year old woman’s house. They said they would, didn’t, didn’t respond and had the audacity to send me their COVID safety guidelines after 3 guys spent 3 hours in the house, maskless. No one had the courtesy to respond to 5 emails and texts. Really sucks snd we paid them $16000 for the unnecessary risk.

I am unhappy and outraged!!!!

Update 9-26-22: plus, they have not set up appointment and returned to show my mom how to put app on cell phone to use thermostat. And they haven’t sent receipt or warranty or answered my emails or phone messages. They just took our money ($16k) and disappeared.

Joseph was early, took his time trying to set our times/ temps on the Nexus thermostat (which I dislike very much!!!).. He was professional, courteous and did a great job. 👍

Cameron was Really helpful and walked me through everything he saw as he diagnosed what might’ve going on with my AC unit. No pressure to buy anything - just the facts. Was patient as my wife and I asked a bunch of questions and answered them thoughtfully/clearly.
