The workmanship was good but the price was not. Cameron, the technician, after diagnosing my broken AC unit, quoted me $200 for the repair. Then halfway through the repair, he changed it to $400. He called it an honest mistake, but the question is, who should pay for that mistake—the customer or the company rep who made it?

The technicians arrived on time and were very courteous. Cameron and Mario explained how to use the thermostat and remote. They clean everything up to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with their service.

Joseph was timely, professional and efficient. We have used Brewers for years and we trust them with our heating and cooling needs.

Brewer’s came out to service our A/C. Their technician dropped a PVC elbow down our vent line. He did not tell us that he did this. We realized our plumbing wasn’t working roughly 24 hours after Brewer’s came to our home. Brewer’s agreed to pay for resulting damages until they realized how expensive it was. My husband was able to speak with the owner, Mark Ybarra, who agreed to pay for the cost. The cost ended up being more expensive- as plumbing usually does - so they then filed an insurance claim. I am currently battling with the insurance company about what is owed. We will never use this company again.

Joseph was able to identify errors in previous work and fixed my system correctly. He is very professional and has a high standard for quality.

Our unit all of a sudden went down Thursday. I realized it was down when I was sweating like someone getting interrogated and all I was doing was typing. So I called Brewer’s to schedule service. Our service technician Mr. Treymayne Jackson was awesome! He arrived 7am today. introduced himself and immediately diagnosed the problem with our unit. He did the repair and in under an hour, our unit was functioning properly again. Props also to Ms Karen for contacting me the day before to confirm our appointment. She was very friendly and downright professional in every way. Thanks Brewer’s team!

Mark really knows what he is talking about with the HVAC industry. He is the only salesperson who sat down and explained everything in detail with me. He made sure I understood what he was talking about before I purchased a new unit.
The technician, Alex, that came out to my house was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. It’s the best service I’ve ever had from an A/C company. I’ll stick with Brewer’s from here on out.

These guys were very prompt. They came out and did a great job on my AC units. One of my units is 13 years old and they gave me a great price should I need/want to replace it. Based on their advice everything looks good now. I would recommend Brewer's.
