Alex, the repairman was excellent. They responded very fast. It was the hottest day of the year. 3 o'clock in afternoon. He identified the issue and repaired it within an hour. I was extremely pleased with the service. They installed my unit and would never contact anyone else for service. After 13 years of service they do not disappoint. Thank you Vince.

Thanks Brewers AC for coming out to install a brand new Trane AC/Furnace system on my Ahwatukee rental! So glad I got this done, and quickly, at a reasonable price with skilled labor! Joseph came out as a second opinion after our warranty company denied our ac repair. He was professional and helpful in explaining what needs to be done. We may end up needing to replace the unit, but his report will hopefully help to get reimbursed by the warranty company. Highly recommend.

I'm so impressed with Brewer's all the way through. They answered the phone at 7am, in the middle of summer, and had a tech to my house within two hours. Our unit was 15 years old and shot, so they had to fully replace it. And I can't believe how fast and efficient they took care of that. The very next day, they had a crane at my door, even earlier than they said (which I love), and within hours I was chillin in my house recording a podcast. They were professional, courteous, and sensitive to these pandemic times. I'll never use a different company again. These guys are now my go-to for all things heating and AC!

AC went out on Saturday, July 3. Called Brewer's and they were out within 2 hours to diagnose and fix the problem. Joseph was very knowledgeable with my 17 year old Trane and presented options for another more efficient 16 SEER Trane unit. The price was right and decided to go with a new unit with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor (12 years compressor) and even includes 3 years with service calls. Sealed the deal with owner Mark who explained everything in even more detail. I'll follow-up on the installation process in a couple of weeks, but am fully confident of the Brewer's team to perform great work and stand by it.

I could not be more pleased and satisfied with Brewers. It is a wonderful and dependable company. I bought my new unit from them back in 2015. From the first time I called the office to this date I have had nothing but above and beyond excellent service. From the gals in the office, to the gentleman that sold me the unit, to the technician that comes out to do my annual service calls have been super friendly and more than happy to answer any questions I might have. Our tech, Joseph, was very professional not to mention thorough! He completed all work in a timely manner and cleans up! It was already into the early evening and Joseph didn’t rush to just get the work finished. I would recommend Brewer’s to anyone who needs their air conditioning serviced. The friendly office staff, Kathy and Jennifer make it a joy to call and schedule an appointment too.

Mike was on time, explained that the capacitor might need to be replaced in the future. He was very professional and polite.
