    We needed an AC company in a short time, which they were prompt, communicative and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them and use them 100%. We are so thankful that they wanted to help us, not just get our money, which is not seen much these days.

    I'm genuinely impressed. Maybe it's just me but usually it is such a hassle to do anything HVAC related. Not this time. They installed my new unit right away when I needed it (hot infant!) and they made an accomodation to get it done for me. Professional work. They actually answer the phone! The two techs who did the install were so nice. They took extra time to explain everything which really changes the whole experience. 10yr warranty--wow!

    I do not live in Surprise so I reluctantly looked up A/C contractors online. I called Don and was pleasantly surprised that he was very knowledgeable and immediately had the solution to my problem. He scheduled an appointment the very next day. The technician took care of my clogged drain line, cleaned my condenser coils and checked my from level. All at a very reasonable amount. KUDOS TO PRO SOLUTIONS!

    After doing some online research and reading reviews, I decided to contact Pro Solutions via their website to have my AC unit serviced/repaired. I submitted the request, and after not hearing anything for a week or week and a half, I submitted a 2nd request for service. That was on August 27th. Still haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointing. I ended up going with another company that responded right away, and they already performed the service that I was looking for.

    They've serviced our 2005 A/C units a couple times and have always gotten us back up and running. Techs are always friendly and answer my questions. They replaced a capacitor and cleaned my unit today.

    My a/c went out on 6-19 at 7:00 p.m. The day it hit 120 degrees. I called Pro Solutions and they said it would be 2 hours. Exactly 2 hours later their tech Roy Hansen showed up at my door ready to fix the issues with the a/c. Turned out to be my capacitor (thank heavens it wasn't anything major). During my conversation with Roy it turned out that he had been working since early in the morning. I never would have guessed it by his professional and gracious manner. This company has won my loyalty.

    Pro Solutions Air and Heating is just the company I have been looking for for years! A company that was approved by AAA and came as an advertisement of endorsed companies. Also a $39.00 tune-up check package in the spring of 2015. I took advantage of the package and during the check-up a dual run compacitor was diagnosed as not running in the full capacity that it should. I always go on the roof with the service tech and was able to see this to be fact. I was provided the option to replace this now or wait and see how long it would continue to run. Never was I pressured to buy the part or to have the compacitor replaced. I waited until the end to see if I was going to be pressured to take out a service contract or still replace the part. This was not the case. Because of this I decided to have the compacitor replaced June 2, 2015. Finally an honest company without selling service packages that expire. (they do have service contracts if you ask and want to purchase them, however it isn’t something they pressure sell or try to sell to you). August 2, 2015, I hear a terrible racket coming from the AC unit and when it is in the middle of summer and with temperatures well over 110, I had a service representative here the same afternoon I called. It was a simple fix adjusting the fan from not hitting the side of the unit and the charge was only the $69.00 standard service fee. Today October 13, 2015, at 6:00 AM leaving the dog out I heard the unit again making a terrible scrapping metal sound. I anticipated it to be the same problem as August 2. I called Pro Solutions Air at 6:00 AM and had Don Wade the owner on site at 8:00 AM. Sure enough the problem was the same thing and I observed the condition by accompanying Don on the roof. When the work was completed I asked what to write the check amount out to and Don said, “there is no charge”. This is when I actually mentioned how I found the company and appreciated their no hassle service contract. That is when Don said, “I’m the owner” this was even more affirmative that I had found the company that I will continue to service my AC and when I need a new unit this is who I will purchase from.     Dec. 2014 i purchased a brand new 4 ton 13 seer a/c unit (Lennox) but the unit did not provide the appropriate heat. i contacted pro sloutions air don (owner) & he was very understanding & very considerate regarding my problem. he came out & gave me a couple of options...i chose an option & component got installed...my problem got resolved.

    Since Dec. 2014 ive had several problems with my unit (i.e. no heat, blown fuse, and most recently again no heat). don (owner) has always been there to take my calls & always willing to educate me about my unit. im not, & cannot personally blame pro solutions air for the problems associated with my unit because i know they did not build it. but im very happy with pro air solutions service, & would highly recommend them to anyone. however, im very disappointed on how this new unit has performed thus far.

    Dec. 13, 2015 sunday morning it was very, very cold & my new lennox unit again was not generating any heat. so i contacted pro soluations air again & don was there to take my call as usual. i explained to him my problem & he assured me that they will come out tomorrow morning to resolve the problem a.s.a.p. the next day don stop by as promised & found/fixed the problem so now i have heat again. this time i made a specific request to don to get my unit replaced if possible...he assure me that if i experience another problem he'll make a strong argument/effort on his behalf to have my unit replaced.
