The details:
We had purchased a brand new Lennox System from Company A about a year ago. The install took several days and multiple trips to finally get completed. Over the next several months we continued to have issues with everything from the thermostats, airflow, heater, duct work, you name it. After 7 months and several more visits from Company A we thought we were finally good.

Part of our system came with a Pure Air cleaner and we were told that the filter was good for a year. My wife has bad allergies and a home with clean air is critical for her. We noticed that there was still a lot of dust and particles in the air inside our home. At the year mark I went searching through my paperwork and attempted to contact company A to get it changed or at least to find out what size of filter I needed to do it myself. This interaction was very similar to how the install went. And left me without the answer I needed. What size filter do I need?

I then contacted Company B and asked if they could help me with what filter I needed. They were in the area and stopped by to take a look. When the climbed down from the attic, they informed me that the entire install was screwed up and not done correctly at all. They said that the air filter was actually filtering the dirt in the attic and not so much the house. They said it was the worst install they have ever seen. We were shocked and disappointed to say the least. They recommended I call Company A back out to correct all of the workmanship issues right away.

I contacted Company A with Company B’s findings and they asked if we could have Company C take a look and verify what company B had stated. Well it turns out company C found even more issues than Company B. It was recommended to completely start over from scratch and remove everything that we just had installed a year before.

This was a huge shock to us, but company C (Pro Solutions Air) stood by us throughout the whole ordeal. They worked with us to get every single part and piece replaced brand new. They even gave us a few upgrades to our system that will keep us nice and cool for years to come. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions, took before and after pics and provided us with 15 years’ worth of service and warranty protection so that we could move past this nightmare. The install was done in short order, no mess, no issues, and they were done the same day and didn’t even have to leave the site. They were prepared and ready to go. They came in and went to work and got the job done. Amazing effort and outstanding customer service throughout their organization. The scheduling, billing, installation and the owner are all top notch and it feels good that they are on our side now. We are looking forward to working with Pro Solutions Air for many years to come.

This company is amazing. I scheduled an inspection before the heat came on us. Their technician arrived on time professionally dressed and very polite. He performed the service and inspection then gave me a review in plain wording so I could understand. Basically he found a brook wire, he fixed it no charge. He then told me it all was in good shape for the summer. He did say my capacitor was reading weak and it should make it though the summer, but at some point it most likely will need to be replaced. Thanks to Pro Solutions Air for making me feel comfortable with my system as summer approaches.

Pro Solutions Air installed a new Lennox HVAC unit in my home last year at a VERY competitive cost. Because of their excellent service, this morning I called them on behalf of a fragile elderly family member when their AC stopped working. Ruben placed me in the queue and fortunately Jordan the technician showed up in the early afternoon. He was considerate enough to call before showing up to make sure I would be available. Upon arriving , he quickly introduced himself and without delay got to work and diagnosed the problem. He explained everything clearly, accessed an app on his mobile phone, and immediately provided a cost to proceed. I agreed and within about 30 minutes, he was done replacing parts and took payment on the spot. When something breaks and you don't know how to fix it, you're at the mercy of people who can do something about it. After several estimates we went with Pro Solutions Air for our new heat pump. Don the owner could not have been nicer and the knowledge of his product was spot on. He answered every question or concern I had and was honest as the day is long.
The installers were very courteous and knew their job well. We had one issue a few days after the install and it turned out to be our own Nest thermostat, Bill was awesome at
diagnosing the problem and we purchased a new thermostat which solved the problem.
We purchased the Lennox 16 seer heat pump and it is very quiet and precise and foresee

I would highly recommend pro solutions air to anyone. Bill was the tech who showed and he was timely and professional. He was able to fix both the air-conditioning units within less then a half an hour. Not even an hour later the house went from 97 degrees to 82. This company does excellent work. Also Rueben the csr kept me informed and was very upbeat and positive, excellent customer service.
