Pro Solutions Air

We were looking for a reputable and reliable company for a new AC unit. We had a few bids then called Don at Pro Solutions. He came over looked at our unit, took pictures and showed us it was leaking oil and unbeknownst to us was 19 yrs old. He recommended a new Lennox 4 ton with a 14 SEER, that was on May 3rd. After a night of thinking it over we called him and asked when he could install it. It was installed on Friday May 6th. We are very happy with the unit and the warranty that came with it(10yrs) plus Pro Solutions will come out every yr for the next 10 yrs for it's Annual service, free.

The price was also very good and less then the others. The installers were very nice and courteous. They went over everything and tested it for cooling and heating before they left. It was a very nice experience and we felt "at home" with everyone from Pro Solutions. They also answered every question in detail, until we understood perfectly. You can ask them the same question 5 times if need be and they'll just answer you in kind.

They are definitely the ones to call for a good price and experience.

Had Bill out to our house to do a checkup after a thermostat problem. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a good understanding of how my system worked, its age, and condition. The price was very fair and affordable. I would recommend and use again.

Technician Job arrived at the time promised. His courteousness and professionalism blew me away! He found the problem, contacted the warranty company and got the replacement part approved an fixed the A/c. I am a new fa of Pro Solutions Air. Highly recommend them.

Such a great company to work with. They responded quickly and were so professional and caring. Our repair took longer than expected and our tech, Bill, went above and beyond to fix it and was apologetic for the lengthy repair. We will absolutely use them again in the future!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Don was great providing me a quote for a new ac heat pump and fair. He was on time and quick with getting information and scheduling to me. When his team arrived they were ontime, courteous to me and my home, and thorough in ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. I have had many bad experiences with other companies but Don and his employees were a refreshing change. I will always do business with this company now!

Our AC quit cooling, fan ran constantly, Called tech who said unit is 14 years old and needs to be replaced due to leak in coil. Their price was 1/2 what was quoted by another company. Service was excellent and have confidence in work done and came with a 10 year warranty. Would recommend them highly and give them more stars if possible !!!

I was very impressed by the entire experience with Pro Solutions Air. I had my entire air-conditioning and heating system replaced. I was bracing myself for an over the top price to do everything I needed but Don came out and gave me a very fair quote and did the job as quickly as I wanted. Once the job was finished it was exactly what he quoted. His guys were very professional and respectful. Every one of them acted like they owned the company and were very focused on doing a good job and making the customer happy. I was concerned that he was not one of the big guys but now I am very happy I had Don and his team do the job.

I was assigned this company by my home warranty company. Was told to give them 4 hours to call. No call. Finally called them, they said I was out of their service area and they hadn't called my home warranty back because they didn't want to wait on hold. So better I sit and sweat for four hours than they be inconvenienced. DO NOT HIRE. They clearly have zero concern for their customers. It is over a hundred today.

If I could give them 0 stars I would....the end of November our heater stopped working. We have a home warranty and they sent pro solutions out to attempt to fix it, they needed a part, a week and a half later it was determined our heater was too old and would just need to be replaced. The wrong unit was ordered, they had the unit for a week and didn't notice this until the morning they were scheduled to install it, I had to take time off work, so time/pay lost. A second unit was ordered, it was coming from 2 hours away...didn't get installed until January 10th. We were charged for a new gas line that they did not put in, the existing one had only been there for a couple months and was up to code....fast forward to day before yesterday when our A/C stopped working (which was part of the unit they installed) I called Pro Solutions that night and left a message...I still haven't gotten a call back. I called Parker and sons at 7 the next morning and they came out right away, the coils were a block of ice, when they were installed they were not charged correctly, Parker and Sons had to add 2 lbs of freon after having to wait 3 hours for them to thaw, it got up to 99 degrees in my house....we are new to the area and assumed Pro Solutions knew what they were doing. Nope!! Thanks for nothing but ANOTHER lost day at work and more money out of pocket. Call Parker and Sons...trust me!!!!
