Great initial visit and walk through during the quote stage by the owner Don. This was followed by excellent work and walk through by his employees during the installation stage. As always with any large job a few deficiencies were noticed and Don made sure a follow up was completed and all deficiencies were corrected.

If the 10 year parts and labour warranty and once a year regular maintenance visit included in the price is done with as much professionalism I have no problem saying this was once of my best experiences ever working with a company doing major work.

This company, and the guys who work there, are persistent in their pursuit to satisfy the customer. I had a 42 old unit, and a home warranty company to deal with. They spent hours at my home trying to find the root of the problem. When it was determined that the problem was insurmountable, they worked with the home warranty company to swiftly get me a new unit. Ruben, Bill, Brandon, and Nick were all professional, and pleasant to deal with. I appreciate all their efforts, and highly recommend this company.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! These guys are hands-down the best in the business, and we couldn’t be more pleased. After a negative experience with another company that looked at the AC, said they would be back, left and never returned, leaving us stuck in a house during 100+ degree days, I called these guys out of pure luck after reading positive reviews from several sources. I’m so glad I did! The owner Don came out the same day I called to look at our setup, offered us a quick and very reasonable quote for quality products, and scheduled us right away. His crew came out on a Saturday and was here for 8 + hours and worked very, very hard to correct the problem, install the new equipment, and even remove old equipment left in the attic from years ago by another less reputable company! This company is a smaller, family owned and operated company that stands by their work and it shows. They cleaned up so well afterwards that we can’t even tell they were here – they even swept the walk out front! Extremely professional, extremely courteous and outstanding customer service. We will recommend them to everybody we know and they have earned a customer for life for all our HVAC maintenance needs! Thank you!

I’m very satisfied with the work performed today by Don (owner) of Pro Solutions Air. I called him for a new heat pump estimate, since my 32 year old unit broke down yesterday. He came to my townhouse and explained in great detail everything about a new split system heat pump.

He then offered to look at my roof top condenser. We both went on the roof. There he found the main power wire had shorted against a metal connector. Don re-wired the power line and then found a fuse had also blown-out. He replaced the fuse which got my heat pump up and running.

I then asked him what I owed him for the repair. He said he would only charge me a preventive maintenance charge. I know he could have charged me a lot more - for travel, diagnosis and repair if he wanted. Don also advised me that I don’t really need another heat pump right now.

Don is really a straight up kind of guy and I would recommend anyone having a heating and cooling problem call Pro Solutions Air.

I recently had my roof replaced and my contractor got this company to remove the solar panels, very professional they did it in a few hours. No problem.. After the roof was done they came back.. (let me tell you when somebody tells you they are going to be there at certain time you expect them to be there at that time) well this guys were right on time again, they tackled the reinstall of the panels in a few hours. very professional and hard working.. Awesome service and great to work with! They installed an AC unit at our house after our last one completely gave out and were very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if I could!!

Installed new Lennox heat pump. Very professional. Prompt follow-up to make sure everything was working properly and as I wanted. Tech was great. I recommend this company. They use masks and shoe coverings for safety. That was comforting for me.

Pro Solutions Air installed a new 5-ton Lennox HVAC unit for us. Don came to my house. He is knowledgeable and honest and gave me quote. Within 2 days of me accepting the offer they installed the unit. AC technicians who installed the system were professional and knowledgeable. They came back next day to clear some of my doubts also. Don is dependable and man of his word.
