This place is awesome! Quick response, even on a weekend. They diagnosed, worked with us to get the best deal, and completely replaced our unit within 24 hours. I'm super impressed and everyone we talked to on the phone and in person was super nice and so helpful. They worked hard all day and then even came back to help us figure out an issue we were having with the new thermostat (our confusion, not any problem with install). I definitely recommend this company!

Wow!! I have finally found an air conditioning company I feel I can trust! This is the second time they have been out to my home. Jordan the service Tech was excellent, he spent the time to go over things in detail, he seemed to be very knowledgeable and he made sure he cleaned up well before leaving. In the past I have NOT been happy with different companies I have called. Pro Solutions Air are very professional and I couldn't be more pleased. Because of the above I also signed up with them for a maintenance Agreement which was reasonably priced and I feel worry-free regarding my air conditioner now. Thank you so much for being a good and reputable company.

I AM RE-REVIEWING THIS: ONE STAR. i PAID FOR A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

We had Bill out to the house for a health check on our system. He was able to find a couple things and lower temp and efficiency. Thank you! Would recommend.

I bought a mini-split system and consulted with the manufacturer on an installer in my area. All had low ratings. I decided to contact this company, as they were right down the road from where I live, and I hit GOLD!
Don came out the same day I contacted them, to check out what I had. He told me- in a very informative (lots of facts/obvious he is an expert in his field) and non-salesman way- that the unit I bought would only cool my area to low-80's.
I began to pout, as I was way past the return date. He offered to take mine off my hands and sell me what I needed (deducting what I paid for mine) AT COST! This was a Thursday.
The following Monday, they came out and installed the new unit. I was not on the property, but received a phone call from the install tech. I asked him several questions before he began, which he answered- he seemed very knowledgeable and was courteous.
When I got home I checked out the unit, and got very cold air, and an expert installation, and NO MESS ;)
I received a follow-up email from Alexis, inquiring on how things went. She was very courteous, friendly and genuinely cared. I also worked with a gentleman on the front end, who did the scheduling, and he was also very pleasant to deal with.
All-in-all, an outstanding experience during every aspect of the process. This is virtually unheard of in todays working world. It's nice to know there are still businesses like this around. I am a customer for life.

It has been my experience that the attitude of this company is genuinely concerned about taking care of their customers in a timely and efficient manner. They have always been helpful and understanding with my concerns.

Tech was very cordial and professional and was very knowledgeable in his craft.

We have First American Home Warranty (FAHW) & called on 6/17/21 bc A/C stopped. Got to be in the 90's inside house & fans were not enough. We received the service company's name, "Pro Solutions A/C & Heating". I didn't wait for them to call us. I immediately called them. The company owner answered the phone. He was fantastic & offered an immediate response. Best company we have ever dealt with via FAHW. Owner told us that his first available openong was in 6-7 days. HOWEVER, we could pay a nominal additional fee in addition to our $75 service fee & he would have someone there in 3 hrs. So, we paid it as last year, unlike last year, we had to stay in a hotel for 5 nights that cost us over $600. The technician, Don, was fantastic. He showed up as he said & the unit's burned out capacitor was replaced, cool air began blowing, & it all took less than 30 minutes. Pro Solutions is the best company we have ever had. They were responsive & sympathetic to our distressful situation. It was well worth paying the additional "emergency/after hours fee". Thank you, Pro Solutions!! We need more companies like them in the valley.

From the beginning I felt Pro Solutions Air was a solid choice. CSR Rueben maintained communication throughout the entire process, the owner Don Wade actually did the initial bid for the project and the installation was flawless. Brandon/James were very professional explaining every step along the way, working clean and explaining the operation of my newly installed AC. I have already recommended Pro Solutions to my neighbor.

They answer the phone rude to start! Not hello Pro Solutions can I help you. Just Ugh Hello like you are bothering him. I used them through a home warranty company and it was a nightmare!! It took a month to get the work done (they blame warranty company and warranty company has documented dates and times they told them the parts were ready!)

Once all was said and done I did have to cover some out of Pocket (overpriced) and it still did not work. I had to pay another company to come out and redo their work! The new
Company even did a write ya as to how poor the work was and the warranty company should no longer contract with them!!

I tried to call the owner as her number is on the website. She acknowledged hearing of my issues weeks ago then quickly rushed me off the phone to investigate and call me back. She did not call me back she passed the buck, not surprised! I called her again and left a VM after the repair failed and she will not returning my call.

DO NOT DO IT CALL ANY ONE BUT THEM.

I chose Pro Solutions Air because they are a Rosie on the House certified partner. I got estimates from 2 other certified partners as well. Although the estimates were competitive, Pro Solutions Air offered the best warranty, I went with a Lennox 2 stage heat pump. The installers were on time, professional and efficient. They installed a new thermostat and explained how it works and how to connect it to my home network. I would definitely use them again.
