After getting quotes from several companies I decided to with Greenwood Air because their prices are very affordable, honest, and straight forward. They will not be BS you or give you the run around. They replaced both my AC units and new duct work. Both the men I worked with Stephen and leigh, are amazing and super knowledgeable. Leigh even helped us fix our broken refrigerator! They were always polite and so friendly. I'd invite them over for some beers anyday! Cant give enough praise to Greenwood Air if your looking for help with your AC unit YOU MUST GIVE THEM A CALL. You won't be sorry!!!!

Excellent service! Very prompt in trying to help get your house cooled. He was able to get my AC unit replaced in the middle of the heatwave this year. Stephen answered all of my questions about AC Units since I needed to replace mine and knew nothing about it! Very professional! I would recommend them!

We needed help fixing an issue another a/c company described as pre- existing to the home warranty company (but did offer to fix outside the warranty). I did a bandaid fix myself that got me through the winter but needed it fixed properly. Steven came out on Wednesday to look at the job and he and another technician came out on Sunday to fix it. He also fixed a few other minor issues that i was unaware of (loose duct work and dirty coils. He provided pics and got permission prior to doing the work)and it cost me less than than the original price quoted to fix just one issue. Very professional. Very good. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

i have home warranty and greenwood was assigned to me i finally got approved by the home warranty but after i went outside i noticed cables sticking out of the unit and the plastic cover cap was broken i call the guy and his response was the insurance approved for a cheap motor and the cap it was just a cap sir even if it was just a cap its not ok he didn't even told me anything so now a have to pay out of pocket for someone to come and finish his job properly i wont recommend this company he could avoid of breaking the cap but for him it's just a cap for me is money i have to pay to replace it poor service and poor quality

I had been through 3 a.c companies as I have a carrier infinity unit. My a.c had been out for a month and Lee from Greenwood Air came in identified the problem and got it fix in hours. Then Identified another issue and had that fixed a day later. I got this company through my home warranty company I would recommend them to anyone.

My AC stopped working yesterday so I called my home warranty company and they contacted Greenwood Air. Leigh came out today, he was on time, he replaced my fan coil motor, cleaned the housing and recharged the system. He did a great job and my house has already cooled down.

All I can say is "Wow!" We called several, 24 hours emergency AC places at 8:30 pm, the day before the 4th of July. Greenwood Air was the ONLY company who made the effort to come help us. Steven worked quickly to call his Tech., Lee.
Lee came over within the hour. He knew exactly where to look and found the problem with in minutes.
