Greenwood Air was excellent and I could not recommend them enough! Our AC unit went out and we waited on a different company to respond for over three hours, but never got a call back. We called Greenwood Air at 8PM, and Leigh was at our house in under thirty minutes. Our air conditioning was fixed in the next thirty and we will be able to sleep well tonight. Everyone we interacted with in the company was friendly, helpful, and very effective. You are in good hands with Greenwood Air!

Great customer service. Stephen was outstanding, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing as he was working on the A/C unit. Very friendly, I would highly recommend them. They will be who we call from here on out when we need service.

Absolutely amazing! As a real estate agent for 20 years I’ve dealt with a lot of a/c companies, some good, some bad. Greenwood Air is absolutely amazing! They have been to my house for 3 separate issues in the last year, 2 a/c problems and 1 heater problem. Each time they fixed the problem on the first trip. They are honest, knowledgeable and more than fair on their pricing. I only give 5 stars to companies that exceed my expectations. I would give 6 stars to Greenwood Air if I could. I highly recommend!

These guys are awesome, very productive, respectful and crazy service. I had two AC/Heater units replaced and the service was incredible. I had two other vendors give me pricing and Greenwood smoked them in price and to me, my opinion, the politeness, service and workers character i have not seen in a long long time. The work was superb, excellent. I just cant say enough to justify the job these guys completed... Love the Units, A BIG Thank you Greenwood to all your folks.

My Air condition wasn't cooling the house down, luckily today is not to hot.Called around to get estimate for for diagnosis and left messages with several direct company's.Only one called called back Greenwood Air. My first experience with Greenwood Air was a repair through a home warranty company. Stephen Greenwood of Greenwood Air is highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, available and responsive as well as conscientious in all work. I was so impressed with this company I used Greenwood Air to install a new system when I replaced my 30-year old system. Stephen shows up on time, is respectful, thoughtful, helpful and informative as well as reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Greenwood Air for any HVAC work needed and plan to use Stephen and his company for all my future HVAC needs. Greenwood Air hits all the marks of a superior business. Their pricing beats all the rest with no hidden costs and with top notch quality products and installation. I have a special needs adult and my water heater had to be replaced. With the care I need to provide for my special daughter I needed a service that was affordable and extremely responsive. Greenwood Air went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had minimal interruption in warm water availability. Their customer service and demonstration of genuine client care needs was the best I have ever experienced. Every other place I contacted was apathetic to my daughters special care needs and would not book my service for at least several days out. Yet Greenwood Air heard of my plight and came to our rescue on the weekend with great immediacy to our needs.

I will need to replace my furnace and air conditioner in the near future and I will only move forward with Greenwood Air!
