Stephen was the best. Knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with the work. Honest evaluation of your problem with very reasonable prices. Making sure I don't lose his card because I will definitely call again if needed.

They did an excellent job replacing my 2 a/ c units & water heater. They took the time to answer all of our questions and didn't try to "upsell ". They really care about their customers & were great at working around our schedule. Very personable, friendly, and very professional level of work. Stephen, made this experience one of the best experiences we’ve had with a major purchase. He came to our house for a service call. Didn’t try to sell us on a new unit. We knew we needed new HVACs. We were so worried about the cost of replacing 2 units that we were putting it off. He only tried to help repair our existing units. When I asked him the cost to replace I was in shock at the cost. He didn’t even try to up sell us at that point. I asked him how much the next units up were and was again shocked at their price. I immediately asked him when he could install it. That was Thursday after Christmas and he said he could fully install it on Saturday. Him, his partner and crew came on time (6:30am), like they said and they installed the units in one day.

For a younger person he is very professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy he came for our service call. We now have units that are energy efficient and modern. He installed thermostats that we can control from anywhere in the world. I plan to tell everyone I know that need new HVAC to use them. I am so happy we are starting 2020 with new air conditioners and heaters. Thank you Greenwood Air and Stephen!!!!!

TALK ABOUT TWO GUYS WHO WILL CHANGE YOUR OPINION OF THE HVAC INDUSTRY.

I’ve always dread making calls for issues with home appliances because I know I’m about to hear a sales pitch and hand over a lot of money, however, our experience with Stephen and Leigh was quite opposite! They did a thorough inspection of our AC unit and gave a full report but not once did I feel pressured into doing anything unnecessary. Having very little knowledge of our AC unit prior to their visit, they were very patient with my questions and explained everything they were doing. It’s not often you can say you thoroughly enjoyed the company of your HVAC technicians but it’s true! We are positive we’ll use them again in the future for not only heating/air conditioning but also insulation and plumbing! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks again Stephen and Leigh!!

These two gentlemen were outstanding! They came to my home in Prescott Valley on a Sunday and replaced two of our heaters. I will make sure to recommend them to everyone that I know. They made my husband and I feel so comfortable and explained everything they were doing during the install. I hope you two succeed.

Stephen & Leigh went above & beyond expectations installing our new HVAC system at last minute's notice. We were informed of every step in the process, what to expect, when to expect it, and estimated time for every last detail. Beyond all of that, we basically received a crash course in HVAC systems installation & maintenance as well! Very conscientious, personable, caring people! I'd highly recommend them for any job!

Even though I did not end up using Greenwood do to availablity. Greenwoods pricing was more than fair and they were very responsive. Would definitely recommend
