I am so glad I found this place! After several other A/C inspections, and a botched repair attempt- Greenwood Air renewed my faith in A/C companies. Stephen is awesome at what he does. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He patiently explained the problem I was having with my system, and what he was doing to fix it. He was able to get my system up and running for a very nominal fee. Other places were trying to charge me an obscene amount of money for a new system. I highly recommend Stephen and Greenwood Air. I have found my A/C guy! I am in a cool place and in good hands.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I was super paranoid that whoever my home warranty sent was going to be a nightmare and a horrific, costly, time consuming ordeal. How wrong I was!
Stephen communicated well and kept me updated about his ETA. Once on site, he got right to work on the unit to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. The technician who came to repair our AC was prompt, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make sure the AC unit is working properly before he left.

My wife is 37 weeks pregnant and we have two toddlers at home. My home warranty couldn’t send anyone out until Monday morning to fix our AC, which stopped cooling Saturday night. I called 15 companies and this was the only one willing to come out ASAP and at least try to work with my warranty.

I echo all the 5-star reviews - Stephen was wonderful. He showed up within hours of when I called, clearly explained everything that needed to be done and had my mom's old, antiquated A/C unit running within no time. He very easily could have tried to sell me on a new unit but respected my request to get the old unit working for the time being. I will definitely give him a call when I'm ready to replace the A/C system come fall.
