I called in to inquire information about a nest thermostat I tried installing. I had a problem since the thermostat was set for cooling but blew hot air. The gal who answered the phone was able to schedule her technician to come out just 2 hours after I called. I am blown away by the service they provided. The tech was able to fix my thermostat in just 15 minutes! Awesome people, I wish there were more wonderful companies like this one.
Ralph was incredibly helpful throughout the entire install process. He was responsive, direct, and made for an enjoyable overall experience.
Honestly, I wish I would have called Innovative Air Inc. first, before combing through endless blogs and how-to videos. I highly recommend giving these guys a call.
Ralph is awesome and quickly determined the root cause of my issue. His Nest PRO status is clearly well deserved. This is where I'll be taking all of my AC issues going forward. Super fast communication and timeliness onsite. Highly recommended!
Super disappointed after reading good reviews on Nest Installer page and other locations. I scheduled an appointment with Ralph in December, but had to cancel as I was flying out to Phoenix to meet him but my plans changed. Ralph was understanding and good with communications. A couple weeks later, I scheduled him to meet me there in January. The day before our appointment (as I'm getting on the plane) he tells me he has the flu and cannot make it. UGH great, well I understand, everyone gets sick.
So I schedule him again for two weeks out and my family is going to meet him there this time. Does he show up? No. Does he call or text? No. Also would say he texted the contact person and never did. Super disappointed and clearly has issues committing to customer appointments. After seeing the same feedback on Yelp from other customers I'm less shocked and just more disappointed.
After reading the owners non-sense response I hope you all find someone else to help you with hvac and nest. No apology, he blames me. I guess when he doesn’t call, doesn’t show up and breaks his word that’s my fault.

I called this company to have them check out a problem with my Nest thermostat when it registered an E82 error. I’ve had my Nest Thermostat for almost a year before this problem arose. It was a problem with the yellow Y1 wire. Martin was the tech who was sent out and he changed the contactor on the condenser and resolved the issue with my thermostat. I love to support small family businesses and the tech who came out was punctuate and polite.
We interviewed 8 other companies to replace our A/C units and found Ralph, the owner, to be the most professional, honest, and competitively priced companies in the valley. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Air!
This guy has a lot more reviews on the nest website as he is a "nest pro" so don't let the lack of Google reviews fool you! He's great! My ac needed a c wire for my wifi thermostat to work properly and he was able to do that rather quickly. He even helped with some other questions I had. Replies super quick! I requested a quote about 10 Friday night (expecting to wait until morning to be contacted) but he answered shortly after and came out on Saturday.
Ralph did fast quality work and made genuine recommendations with the Nest Thermostat. He went well above and beyond and provided troubleshooting assistance prior to coming.
