First time I used Ralph it was because I screwed up a Nest thermostat installation. It was later at night and he couldn't come across town, so he instead helped me over the phone. Walked me through step by step what I could do to get my AC working again in August. Who does that? I am forever indebted to him for that.

Innovative Air was recommended to me from a co-worker. Ralph called before they came out and asked about my situation and what I was looking for. Seeing how I needed a new A/C a week before Christmas, I was looking at the best deal for the best quality. I had 7 estimates and his was the lowest on a Trane. They came out on Wednesday and my install was on Friday. Ryan and Martin made sure all the air flow was working great and answered all of my questions. Anastasia was also awesome coordinating my budget and getting it all organized. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

I contacted over 5 companies who specialized in Air Conditioning and after speaking with Ralph I was sold. Ralph was the most honest of all the companies I spoke with, and he was going to install a Trane unit. He had the most competitive pricing and took great care of me. Its hard to find a guy like Ralph. After seeing how hard all the employees work to remove and install my two new units, I know who I will be calling anytime I have Air Conditioning or heating issues. I’m stoked I found an honest company I can trust and rely on!
Call them first! We had the Nest Hello and Hub since Christmas and finally decided to get a pro to install it. BEST DECISION EVER! I didn't know where to go so I did a query on the Nest Pro site, asked for three estimates. I got one estimate, one redirect to a website to request an installation (yes no other information), and from Innovative, I received a text message . In that text message I was asked more pertinent questions that were specific to the installation request, and really should be required in order to size the installation and to quote a request properly. I responded. Then Ralph texted me and asked if I would like to schedule an installation. We worked on a date and time, which was the following day, and he told me the price. Reasonable and direct. I liked it. The next day Ralph was running late, so 30 minutes before our meet time he contacted me and told he was running late. He asked if I wanted him to come when he was done at the current job or reschedule. I was fine with him coming later. He came, he was nice and personable and he got busy right away on the installation. He was confident in the product and in how to install it (that was great because I wasn't). He owns the product and has had experience in installing many of them, so he was able to provide hints and tips during the installation. I found that very reassuring and helpful. In about 30 minutes the installation was complete, Ralph left with the Hello door bell and Hub operational. We were having fun watching how the cat reacted to us talking to him through a glowing circle light on the wall. Regardless of our entertainment choices, Innovative Air is a great Nest Pro installer. You cannot go wrong with selecting them. Ask for Ralph he was great and can give you valuable tips on the setup and use of both of the items.
Someone installed my nest & it is blowing warm air instead of cooling. Ralph emailed me back and was trying to walk me thru switching a few wires until 11 at night. I had called 2 other companies prior that day and 1 texted & never responded back after asking if I had air & the other never called back after dispatcher said they could come out. Unfortunately I may need Ralph to actually come out because it seems like more then we could do via email, but customer service like this makes me want to use this company for all My AC needs. I need a affordable, reliable and responsive ac company that knows what they are doing & this company seems like the place. I am hoping I can get my AC up & running today. Thank you though for taking the extra time during your night off to try & help me.

The technician that they sent out Anthony was friendly fast efficient and went above and beyond in every way. Ralph himself is a pleasure to deal with and conduct business with integrity, kindness, compassion, and understanding. I would recommend innovative air to anyone for anything that they need done. I needed my nest doorbell installed and that was a very simple task for them to do but it still was done with the upmost Professionalism and done enough terrific way. The installation is perfect the product works perfect, you can’t even tell an old doorbell was there. I can’t say enough good things about this business if you’re looking at another business don’t simply use Ralph and innovative air!

Other companies I had called out kept trying to sell me on a new unit, but Martin gave me a realistic timeline and prognosis for the unit. It lasted the summer and fall, luckily finally dying out in the winter when we didn't need it. I knew exactly who to call for a replacement.
Martin came out, took measurements, and sent my info in. My estimate arrived a few hours later and the price was incredibly fair. They scheduled me for an open slot just a few days later.
On install day, the team worked efficiently and respectfully. Once they were done, they cleaned up thoroughly around the house. My new A/C setup runs like a dream and I can't wait to put it through its paces this summer.

As a new homeowner, working with the home warranty company was nerve racking at first. I didn’t like the guy the home warranty sent out as he only seemed to do a minimal inspection of my unit and left after 15 minutes. I wanted someone I could trust so I asked my friends if they knew someone who could help. One of my friends insisted I call Ralph and he was able to walk me through the warranty process. Ralph got me a Trane unit for a really good deal and helped me have my insurance company pay for a portion of the new unit. I’m glad someone was able to help guide me on how to deal with my home warranty.
