I highly recommend working with Ralph at Innovative Air. He saved me time and money at a very desperate and vulnerable time. I purchased a nest through a second party vendor who apparently just slapped in on the wall and left. My a/c was blowing nothing but hot air and my home was 88 degrees. Ralph guided me through each step patiently and he was very eager, willing, and polite in helping me diagnose the problem and fix the nest that I purchased. Incredible service, friendly and quick. Was able to schedule same day service and showed up early for appointment. Due to my old Honeywell being a proprietary system I needed rewiring at my HVAC Controller in the attic. Ralph was very friendly even with my 3 year old trying to help. The rewiring was done in 10 minutes. He helped fully install 2 nest thermostats and 3 temperature sensors including adding them to my Nest app. Once installed he explained how everything worked. Could not have asked anything more from a company and service technician.

He is very knowledgeable and has been in the HVAC industry for an extremely long time. I saw a few reviews saying Ralph didn’t show up on time and they were upset. I can understand that and that is frustrating.

However, I would guess his lack of availability has to do with how good his work is, and how friendly he is.

I called him to help with a Nest that I messed up. He told me straight up he is booked solid for two days but can try to help.

He let me text him pictures of my equipment and walked me through the process for free! He said that he felt bad he couldn’t get out my way and wanted to help no matter what.

For those questioning ethics of Ralph, answer this question: Name a business that could make money off of you, but decided to give you their expertise for free?!

We aren’t talking a few texts either. It was more like 3 phone calls, 30 texts, and 90 minutes of him walking me through. He’s amazing.

This company is awesome! We’ve been using Ralph and Innovative for years now. We had a brand new Trane installed for way less than any competitors at a rental property. The unit works great and the install was quick and clean. This is an amazing small company and Ralph is super honest and goes above and beyond!

I got an unexpected call from my nephew who was watching my cat while I was out of the state saying that the heating stopped working. Its not the call I wanted to hear. Ralph came out and helped me choose a replacement unit as mine was almost 22 years old. They were able to replace the unit the very next day and I've been stoked about the results of the new unit. They put me in contact with SRP and I got a huge (GIANT) rebate from having that specific model installed. Overall, I haven't had any issues and my electric bills have been significantly lower with the new unit. I highly recommend InnovativeAir because they are Veteran owned!

Got stuck installing a Nest thermostat and reached out to Innovative Air for help. Ralph texted back to ask about my problem. He then offered to come out and fix it, or help me do it. How cool is that!? After sending him a few photos, he did the troubleshooting and prescribed a solution. It worked like a charm. Congratulations to Ralph and his company for their integrity. He is to be commended for putting the customer first. They will be my go-to company for any future problems. Thanks again.

This is a company that defines excellent customer service. Twice in the past week or so, I’ve reach out and spoken with Ralph about different needs. Although the first one wasn’t a true emergency, he set up an appointment for Jay to come out on Saturday morning. Jay arrived exactly on time, took care of swapping out our thermostat, quickly, efficiently and was a pleasure to get to know.

About a week later, we had the emergency - it’s 6 pm, and the thermostats to our other two units now won’t work because we cancelled our security system (ATT/Digital Life - that’s a whole different review) and they refuse to help use. I texted Ralph, explained the scenario, and he was able to get Anthony out to us within about 90 minutes. Anthony changed the thermostats for new ones, and blessed air conditioning was back on minutes later! Anthony was so nice, he took care of the work quickly.

I really can’t say enough about the response time, customer service and quick work done by Ralph, Jay and Anthony. They represent their company so well. To know that I can reach out and not only get a response, but a service call, so quickly speaks to the quality of their organization.

I got a nest 3rd gen thermostat from my Boyfriend for Black Friday. I was stoked to upgrade to a smart thermostat. I just did not know how to install my new thermostat, I called to have it installed and they sent Martin out within 4 hours of having called to schedule an appointment. He did a phenomenal job installing the thermostat and it looks great on the wall. I'm glad I found a HVAC company that is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I recently sold my house and needed repairs on my air conditioning and heating. I was on a tight schedule and Anastasia who answered the phone was able to accommodate my tight schedule. She gave me a call 30 minutes prior to having her tech out. Martin was on time, prepared, and had a great attitude. He was able to fix everything the inspector had requested and I sold the house a week later. I will be having them out when I move into my new house to perform maintenance on the ac units.
