I tried calling to discuss future AC needs on a new home I am buying and they refused to talk to me until after the house went thru escrow. This boggles me...... refusing to talk to a new customer??? Unbelievable!
Worst experience ever. Lack of customer service. Giving them one star is to high. Would never use them again. No one at the company cares to talk to customers they just hide behind there call center.
