They came cause we were having problems with the air flow thru the vents. Found out our temperature gage was not set right. The guys were professional to show us the correct way.

Luagh out loud... just called to ask a question and the guy pretty much said no and just hung up on me. cool, horrible company. bad experience just calling. ---- re response. No, i asked if you made roof curbs and a "no" answer was followed and then a hang up, pretty rude. was the conversation done with? other company's i called actually talked. that's bad costumer service right off the bat and makes me want to avoid you.

Came out quickly. Fist time out ac worked for a day then a new problem showed its face. Came out again for no service fee and its worked a week now.
