Indian Air

A very professional company... Out of the three companies I called to replace my HVAC, Indian Air responded the best. A friendly person answered the phone and was able to help schedule an estimate visit. She asked all the right questions and was able to accommodate my schedule. The owner arrived at my house on time, even though it snowed several inches the night before.

After reviewing what my needs were, he emailed me several options to choose from. This helped me decide the type of unit I wanted to fit my budget. He was also able to recommend the system that would work best for me based on how I currently used my HVAC.

The technicians arrived on time to install the units. They were great, friendly, and didn't waste any time. They were technically knowledgeable in helping me set to the thermostat.

Even though they were willing to take the old system away, I opted to dismantle the unit myself for recycling. The technicians even offered me advice for how to strip the system to get the most money from the recycler. They really went beyond their "job description". Thanks team.

From start to finish Indian Air was fantastic. The quoting process was painless, the financing that was available worked for us, and the employees at Indian Air that did the install were awesome.

We couldn’t get the thermostat to come off cool setting. We called Indian Air and they immediately sent a technician who corrected the problem. We’ve tried several other companies but Indian Air is by far the best.

Indian Air did a fine job of performing the seasonal service on my HVAC system, as usual. This service contract gives me peace of mind, knowing that my system is in good shape and should continue to work well through the seasons; and that Indian Air will be here for me if I have any concerns.

The technician was excellent, as usual. He detected a chipmunk had been fried at the top of the compressor control & shorted the A/C system. The system was repaired and up & running quickly😁. We have always gotten excellent service from Indian Air & would very definitely recommend them👍.
