    We had a new air conditioner/heat pump installed about1 1/2 years ago and it has worked very well. Indian Air has been out 3 times to do bi annual service and are quite efficient when doing that. We are very happy with their service and follow up.

    Indian Air is used by our church and they referred me. Called Indian Air to give me an estimate for an evap. Cooler replacement. They came out the next day asking when would be a good time slot and advised the name of the person coming out. On the appointed day, the representative called ahead, advising he would be arriving at the agreed upon time. He gave me an estimate after discussing our requirements,and after consulting with another company as well,we chose to go with Indian Air. They have been very professional thru out and are constantly keeping us informed. We are scheduled to have our cooler replaced next week.

The owner came for estimate the day after I called.. they went above and beyond to work with my situation.. family owned and operated, I felt like this was the kind of business I want to deal with.     I’m giving Indian Air a 5 Star rating because their service was top notch and Able their service man was friendly and provided us a clear written service agreement prior to doing any work on our furnace and air conditioner. Our system hadn’t been serviced in several years and Indian Air gave us a great rate on the inspection and replaced all necessary parts the same day. I really appreciate that they offer a maintenance service program as well which is key to having your system run efficiently and saves money in the long term. If you are looking for a Heating and Air Conditioning/HVAC company that is honest, reliable and provides excellent service then choose Indian Air.

    With great customer service and a knowledgeable technician like Abel, you can't go wrong hiring Indian Air to troubleshoot your HVAC issues. I had a problem with my thermostat/ heater and had a technician come to my home 1 and a half hours later, who fixed the problem in half an hour. I am warm and comfy this February because of Indian Air.

    Our furnace and AC were 25 years old. We got 3 quotes from 3 local companies. Indian Air was not the lowest bid but we were impressed with Jason's knowledge and experience in addressing our HVAC needs. The installation was a breeze with highly trained installers. We've had our system for almost 2 years now and are very happy with it -- better heat in the winter, better AC in the summer, great thermostat, the latest technology. We highly recommend Indian Air.

    Toward the end of May I phoned Indian Air to do a repair on an A/C-Heater they had installed 7 years before. I gave the dispatcher the error code and their tech showed up on a day and time we had agreed to. I showed the tech the error code and showed him the list of error codes shown on the Fujitsu Customer Support page. I explained I wasn't able to find the error code on the page and he said his boss would find the problem.
    He went outside to the compressor and returned ten minutes later with the news that the compressor was bad and recommended a $3,200 replacement.
    To make a long story short, I had another company take a look at it and they made the effort to check a little further than Indian Air was willing, and found that the system simply needed to be disconnected from the power supply, reconnected after 5 minutes allowing the system to reboot.
    So, rather than the $3,200 replacement, it just needed someone conscientious and honest. Although I got a refund from Indian Air for the service call, they continued to defend their diagnoses with the comment that eventually it will break down. duh...
    Indian Air claims to be a good Christian company, but I have found that the louder someone claims to be honest with good ethics the less credibility they should be given. This instance gives reinforcement to that conclusion. I can't help but wonder how many people called them in good faith and ended up buying a replacement they didn't need.
