Indian Air

I am not a person who posts many reviews, but in this case I need to. Last July my AC bit the bullet I called Indian Air and Jason came right away. My system was 23 years old and both furnace and AC needed to be replaced. When the equipment came in it was installed quickly. Now here is wear the rubber meets the road. The AC worked fine but when fall came about we had some trouble with the furnace. It was pesky problems that took some time to track down probably about a month and a half. I had to call almost every other day, I felt like I was being a Pest. Never once did Chris ever make me feel like that she was always patient and supportive and let me know they had my back. Abel always came on time with his smiling face and kept working on the problems until they were solved. This is a breath of fresh air because I have had to deal with other companies who service you and if there is a problem that's just it it's your problem knot so with Indian Air. Jason, Chris, and Abel are wonderful to work with, caring and professional I would give them higher than five stars if I could. I highly recommend them

Able was the technician. He was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, friendly , knowledgeable, worked fast and efficient. We were very pleased with his work, glad we know where to go if we have any heating or cooling problems in the future!

The gentleman is very nice, polite and is so good to explain what he is doing and what else might need to be done!

Able was an excellent employee. Could not figure out the problem but turned out to be a gas meter regulator problem instead of a furnace problem. Very nice and knowlegable. Would diffinatly use again.

Indian Air is one of only two companies in my area that is authorized by Traine to service our HVAC system, especially since it's still under warranty. Their extensive checklist for routine maintebance fulfills the manufacturer's requirements and at a lower price than its comoetitor. Christine and Steve is always cordial and the technicians always call before they show up and met their time window. An important point is that they check that everything's working and don't try to find something new that "might" need fixing with every visit, like many companies do.

The tech, Abe is awesome. Very polite and professional. We have used Indian Air for years and are always happy with their service. Use them, you wont be sorry.

Owner Jason came to our home and quoted us for a few different units and chose Indian Air because Jason was honest and real. We love our unit. We recommended Indian Air to a friend and Indian Air sent us $100 and we will continue to recommend to our friends and family! Tyler came out for our normal service and was great as always! Once again Tyler came out and did a check up on our AC and was professional and communicated everything he did and offered to change our filter.
Again Tyler came out to do our scheduled heater maintenance and was nice and professional. Offered again to change our filter. Said we were changing our filter when we should because our furnace was nice and clean
Tyler again came 7/25 for our 6th month maintenance as always was nice and professional. No issues and said we were doing everything we needed to do

Twice annual system inspections are performed thoroughly and professionally.

I contacted Indian Air after my AC stopped working in the current AZ excessive heat wave. I was referred to them by one of their long-time customers. I was ready to schedule with another company when I received the referral to Indian Air. I have to say, I am so thankful for the referral. The immediate response to my phone call, timely arrivals of the technicians and their knowledge and expertise, and the professional, courteous, and caring service is so greatly appreciated! They even moved my installation date up because they didn’t want me to be without air in the excessive temperatures of 100 + degrees. I would definitely use Indian Air again and recommend them to potential future customers.

This past winter they were the only company who were able to come out to repair our furnace on the same day we called. Very professional and cost effective. Same for this week when they came out to do maintenance and repair on our AC unit. Highly recommend them and their service tech Abel.
